Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse hos Pontus! Lägenheten har ett toppenläge och är mycket funktionell, och har allt som man behöver! Incheckning och utcheckning gick mycket smidigt och vi fick tydliga instruktioner av Pontus.

Elias has a fantastic house in a great location in Sodermalm that's just minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets. It's such a pleasant walk from his house to Gamlastan and you take a ferry to get to Djurgarden. Would highly recommend this stay! we'll come back for sure!

This is a small and cozy apartment which is very efficient with its space, with all the required amenities and a very friendly host. It sits conveniently between plenty of nice restaurants, and I particularly recommend Ekothai, a thai restaurant run by an old, friendly couple.

Super appartement avec un accès direct aux pistes via le dernier étage du bâtiment. Belle vue sur la montagne, confortable, à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre d'Åre et accessible via le Bergbana à 200 mètres. Parfait, merci Pontus

Süße Dachgeschosswohnung in pefekter sowohl ruhiger als auch zentraler Lage, mit Potential zur 5-Sterne Wohnung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, neu und sauber. Innenstadt, nette Kaffees und wunderschöner Aussichtspunkt über die Altstadt in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für Tagesausflüge (Metro, Fähre, Bus)Negative Punkte: - Dachfenster direkt über dem Bett kann nicht abgedunkelt werden und man wacht mit dem Sonnenaufgang auf- Bad zwar geputzt aber alt mit nicht mehr gut zu reinigenden Fugen, die teils Schimmel enthalten- Dachschräge erschwert das Duschen ab 1,80 m Körpergröße- Wir fanden es seltsam, dass Elias nach der Zahlung noch die Links zu unseren Social media Accounts eingefordert hat, bevor wir die Zugangsadaten zur Wohnung erhalten habenInsgesamt würde ich wieder in die Wohnung gehen, empfehle aber die Mitnahme einer Schlafmaske und von Badeschuhen für die Dusche.

Three of us lived in the apartment for 4 days, one person slept on the bed (enough space for one person), two slept on the sofa (also enough space). The apartment has a lot of towels and bed linen, a lot of blankets. Left a good impression of the stay, except that the shower room collects a lot of water and moisture (not a major point, this is a comment for the owner if he wants to make the stay even better).

Good location and nice apartment with a great view. The bathing area was lacking a lock and screen.

Wonderfull apartment to stay with the family . My children love the view from the balcony. Very near from the station and a supermarket near too.

Olof a été très réactif malgré une réservation assez tardive. Très réactif aussi lorsque tard le soir nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués à l'entrée de l'immeuble.Merci pour ce séjour

Great place, calm and beautiful surroundings, perfect run tracks and parks if you like to combine your trip with sport, good local restaurants in walkable distance and metro and busses just around the corner to take you to the rest of the city

This part of Ostermalm is very nice and quiet. Had a great stay, the apartment was very comfortable and the host was very responsive.

This is an old neighborhood, it reflects in the building elevator's. Sometimes, if one of the tenant forgot to close the elevator door, we can't call the elevator to our floor. But overall it is ok. Unit is clean and fully equipped!

It was an amazing place to stay. Short walk to everything in town, and very pretty views. Kimmo was very responsive and willing to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
