The place is as described, a small studio apartment that was tidy and clean with the necessary equipment for living. I did not mind the shared entrence as there was never any issue running into the neighbors and the location was perfect for my needs. Walking distance to whatever was needed, different grocery stores, kafees, restaurants and Metro or bus stations made it a well placed hub for a shorter stay in Stockholm. Quiet environments as well so no trouble falling asleep. Enjoyed my stay.

Good location/clean, but all beds are uncomfortable! The double bed is small- top mattress over hangs the lower mattress, so the edges of the bed give way making it impossible for two adults to sleep. The sofa bed is a platform-divided 2/3 by 1/3 with a giant crack--again not comfortable for two. All beds have ill-fitting low quality single sized sheet and 1/2 sized pillow per person. The air mattress---no sheets. Owner said, "the sofa is more comfortable" and never delivered requested linens. No curtains in living room to block the bright street lamp outside for sofa sleepers, and oddly the living room also lacks adequate light to read at night. The bathroom didn't have a trash bin, so ladies get comfortable carrying your personal hygiene waste to the kitchen. You pay a cleaning fee, but have to strip the bed and more when leaving--yuck. There is little regard for guest comfort in this apartment. Serious investment needed in furnishings for us to recommend-place could be great

Vi hade fantastiska dagar i Åre och Pontus boende var mycket bekvämt,fräscht och nära skidliften. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Trevligt och fint ställe, fin utsikt

Amazing apartment, location, experience. This was perfect for just me and my spouse, who have different waking hours 🙂. The furniture was super comfy, bathroom was great, kitchen well equipped. Note this is an older building so the fireplace may not be operational during your stay - ask Elias before using! We didn’t need it - were there in winter and perfectly toasty! Very close to Gastabud Bar & Bistro which became a favorite… Thanks Elias!

Great location near to the lake with free secure parking. A brand new apartment with very modern kitchen and appliances, great sauna, comfortable beds with new bed linen and lovely living/ entertainment area. Balcony would be great in the summer. Good location for skiing close to the VM8an lift which is the first to open in the morning.Our main issue was the ongoing construction work and noise in our building and surrounding buildings, but we did receive compensation for this from Kimmo when requested after the holiday. Aside from the related noise at night and first thing in the morning, we were really happy with our stay and we would consider staying again once construction is finished.

Great Apartment, the location is central and easy to get to transit or walk to sights. Very cool attic with a roof deck and full kitchen and shower. Highly recommend it for a stay in Stockholm

Apartment needs some love, but in general was a good stay. Beautiful view, good host and clean place to stay warm. It was a bit colder than I would have liked in the apartment, some appliances felt a bit old and worn, but other ways a good place to stay at.

Simple small flat - ideal for two. Clean and tidy on ground floor.Streetlight outside front window not ideal - but not insurmountable. Hifi with cd, small tv and DVD player. WiFi good reliable and easy. Location ideal No problems with noiseBig bathroom Given size of apartment. Kitchen worked well No freezer compartment, but refrigerator effective. Easy to get to - short walk from train station to free Bergbanan - get off and walk roun to Tott apartments. Bergbanan runs 9 am to 10pm. Would highly recommend skiing ⛷ in Åre.

Comfortable accommodation that is located relatively close to bus/metro stations. Very helpful instructions and easy access during check-in. We were six people and, although the space is not big, it worked out very well for us! Would definitely stay here again.

Vi bodde här under 3 dagar. Två vuxna och två barn och det funkade fint. Boendet är väl beskrivet i annonsen. Det kan vara värt att veta att det ligger en bit upp i backen så har man mycket packning rekommenderar jag antingen Taxi eller Bergbanan till mittenstationen (om man inte har egen bil). Skulle bo där igen!

Fin lägenhet som passar en familj på fyra personer. Avskilt sovrum för föräldrarna med dubbelsäng, våningssäng till barnen. Ski in / ski out till Tottliften, gångavstånd till backen där VM6an och Stjärnliften går om Tott är stängt pga vind. Minus för väldigt dåligt wifi, räcker ibland till Netflix men sällan mer än 30 minuter. Går inte att jobba via wifi då alla lägenheter delar på samma dåliga uppkoppling. Synd då fiber är draget till varje lägenhet men inte används.

Bra och bekvämt, kompakt boende med nära till allt som Åre erbjuder. Något begränsade möjligheter att laga egen mat i minikök med två plattor och mikro men det mesta finns i utrustningsväg.

Väldigt vackert läge och trevligt värdpar. Stället sköts av ett företag som inte är lika serviceinriktat som värdparet själva. Bra att därför prata med de tillgängliga värdarna om något felar, då de agerar vänligt och blixtsnabbt. Fräsch och välutrustad lägenhet med härlig utsikt som passar jättebra för fyra personer. Det ena sovrummet saknar förvaring och fönster, men har en stor skön säng.
