Bra lägenhet om än något kompakt. Läget är väldigt bra med ski in/out, skidförråd nära lift och gångavstånd till Åre by. Bra med tillgängligt varmgarage och laddmöjlighet (måste bokas separat). Vi bodde 2 vuxna och 2 ungdomar och det fungerade bra. Något lyhört men inget som störde nämnvärt.

Nyrenoverad studiolägenhet i direkt anslutning till Tottbacken! Litet pentry, men funkade bra för att laga frukost. Lätt att ta sej till Åre by med bergbanan!

Un appartement cosy et très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et l'amabilité de l'hôte qui a su mettre le nécessaire à disposition afin que notre séjour se déroule au mieux.Environnement très calme avec peu de commerces aux alentours mais proche de la gare. Très pratique pour aller découvrir tous les incontourblables de cette belle ville.

Elias is quick with responses when issues arise. The flat is cute like the photos, but very small. The bed is comfortable, but the bottom sheets weren’t fitted and the mattress topper slid off the frame every night. The street the building is on is dark, quiet at night since the building next door is under construction -daytime noise. I stayed at this place for two weeks and was only given 1/4 roll of toilet paper when I arrived. I was quickly given three more rolls after asking for more. There were only 4 dishwasher tabs provided for a two week stay. So if you have a long-stay (or are a woman) just know necessary items will have to be rationed or asked for. If you cook, there aren’t any spices except salt. And only coffee is provided, not tea. Also, there’s no hot water kettle. The place never got very warm, and was so cold at times it felt like a draft, and I had to wear a jacket inside or leave. Paying a cleaning fee but being expected to clean + no guests whatsoever was new for me.

The appartement was clean, vast, nice, well heated and confortable. Kichen fully equiped.There were some ongoing works in the corridor close to the appartment, without any notice from Frierik or the workers. The noise began at 9AM on Sunday morning and on 8AM on Monday morning.Hopefully, there were someone in the flat close to ours only during 1 night because we could hear then talking quite clearly. But appart from that, our stay was fine.Regards

Cozy apartment, very warm and clean and in a perfect location, ski in ski out and very close to the center, stores and supermarkets. Portus was available all the time and he gave us all the information we need. We will definitely come back and recommend this place!

Had a great stay here. The location is excellent, just a few minute walk to the furnicular that goes up to the ski mountain and only a few minutes from the train station. You can also ski down quite close (but not all the way). The space was clean and comfortable.

Vi hade en bra vecka i Åre, lägenhetens beskrivning och läge stämmer med beskrivningen och förväntan.Allt gick smidigt med in-checkning och utcheckning. Lägenhetens placering ärperfekt med bästa ski-in/ski-out via våningsplan 4, bara att ta hissen upp och bron över till backen, du är i liften på mindre än 5 minuter.Även nära till bergbanan, den tog vi på kvällarna när vi skulle ner till Åre torg, men det går också hyggligt snabbt att gå dig på 5-10 minuter.Detta var vår första gång i Åre för oss (4 personer i familjen), vi är glada att jag fick Pontus som värd, smidig process samt tydliga och snabba svar.Bästa hälsningar Familjen Eliasson, Älmhult.

Cozy, very warm (I stayed in winter), small apartment for two people. Perfect place with good transport accessibility.

La ubicación del piso era perfecta, en pleno casco antiguo de Estocolmo, muy céntrico, lo que nos permitía ir al resto del archipiélago con bastante fluidez. La limpieza impecable, muy bien abastecido, la cocina muy bien equipada. Pudimos hacer vida como si fuera nuestra casa. Un detalle es que no hay estores en las ventanas del salón, las personas que dormían en el sofácama y colchón auxiliar se veían molestadas un poco por la luz de la farola, además de la intimidad al anochecer. Pero es así en todas las casas de allí. El cuarto sí lo tiene. Pero en general estuvimos muy agusto y de volver repetiríamos allí.
