Super great space in an ideal location in Södermalm. 5 min walk to T, lots of great bars/restaurants and shops within 10 min walk radius. Loved staying there and would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying in Kimmo’s apartment. Kimmo was helpful and the communication worked very well. Also, the location was perfect - super convenient to get to the slope!

Everything went really well, the apartment was tidy and clean. It was a quiet and nice street very close to everything you need and the city center. We loved it here and would come back again!

Wir haben uns in diesem Airbnb sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, es ist sehr sauber und man erhält vorab viele Informationen, die die An- und Abreise stark vereinfachen. Das Airbnb hat außerdem eine super Lage, sodass man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten die Altstadt, das Wasser oder andere Stadtteile erreicht.

A fresh and nice apartment located in the middle of Åre. Ski in and ski out and very close down to the village. Johannes has been a very good host with clear information and good communication. I can really recommend renting from Johannes.

Liten fin lägenhet i gamla Tott hotell med fantastisk utsikt och direkt närhet till Tott-liften. Bra förvaringsutrymmen för kläder men inget skafferi för torrvaror, men det gick bra att ha i påsar. Köket funkar annars bra för enklare måltider. Överlag jättebra standard på allt. Vi hade en bra vecka i lägenheten.

We had a great stay in Johannes apartment over New Years, the location is great, right next to the lift and a close walk to town. The apartment itself was super clean and nice layout, and the communication with Johannes was very smooth from start to finish. Will definitely be staying at Tott again when back in Åre, and Johannes is a great host!

Jag vill verkligen rekommendera detta boende. Det är en mycket välplanerad 2-sovrums lägenhet med kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning. Hela lägenheten är mycket ren, fräsch och bra utrustad.Den ligger med gångavstånd till Åre med direkt ski in ski till läge till backarna. Lägenheten har en fantastiskt utsikt över Åre by och fjällen. Kommunikationen med Kimmo har fungerat perfekt och jag kan verkligen rekommendera denna lägenheten för ett trevligt och underbart boende i Åre.

The Apartment ist very nice and well located. Unfortunately there was no oil in the kitchen and no fire detector in the apartment.

Great option close to tunnelbana. Very clean.

Smooth and good!

Everything was good and clean, check in and out was smooth. the only complain is the sound detector which was annoying to always keep in mind as we did not know where the border was.

Väldigt fint boende! Tänk dock på att det är en vanlig dubbelsäng endast i ett rum. De andra rummen har 120-sängar. Funkar inte att sova två vuxna i dem om man inte är ung och nykär! Bra utrustat kök och stort härligt badrum med bastu. Vi hyrde även det lilla minihuset. Väldigt fint med magisk utsikt men ingenstans att förvara kläder mer än ett par hängare. Suverän terrass med bubbelpool och pizzaugn. Supertrevlig värd som fixade saker snabbt. Kan vara bra att veta att det inte går att åka skidor till boendet om det inte är bra med snö. Dock bara några hundra meter till Tottliften. Överlag är vi väldigt nöjda.
