Appartement propre et fonctionnel (ustensiles de cuisine suffisants pour cuisiner), dans un bel immeuble et un beau quartier (calme et agréable), correspondant à la description de l'annonce. Appartement très petit, pour une seule personne sans beaucoup de bagages. Supermarché à proximité. Parcs et jardins à proximité. Centre accessible à pied et proche des transports. Hôte très réactif répondant aux questions très rapidement. Je recommande.

Excellent location in Gamla Stan, very easy check-in, and plenty of space. The only con is the sound from the street can be a bit loud at times, but it didn't really bother us.

We've stayed here for 10 days for a mix of business&leisure trip, and it was totally worth it! Extremely clean apartment with all you might need including washing machine with a dryer (we are runners & it was a key requirement), powerful hairdryer, quality shower, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi. Everything is brand-new, calm and cosy Scandinavian design (mostly IKEA :-))Subway and commuter train is 5-7 minutes walk (tip! if it's cold outside you can enter Odenplan train station and walk through it to the subway) Please note that there is no microwave, coffee machine and TV (we didn't need these things, but just in case so you know). There is also construction happening around the building (Nov 2022) - no noise during the nighttime and weekend, but on business days you might hear some noise after 7 am. Other than that the sound isolation is very good in the apartment. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended! Thank you Andreas once again for hosting us!

Salle de bain très petite mais suffisante pour un week-end. On a eu du mal à réchauffer l’appartement car la fraîcheur passait au travers de la fenêtre et de la porte d’entrée mais une fois au chaud, appartement agréable. Rue très calme, appartement bien rangé et literie confortable. Nous avons dû re-nettoyer la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser.Je recommande ce logement pour son bon emplacement.

Elias' apartment was gorgeous! Comfy, cozy, great windows and light. Amazingly easy to get into the building. Laundry! Quiet, super clean and really beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again!

Allt är trevligt! Ett rymligt och ljust vardagsrum, ett bekvämt och varmt sovrum samt ett välutrustat kök. Olof är en vänlig och snabb svarande hyresvärd. För övrigt, bara som information till andra, finns inget wifi så du bör ha tillräckligt med 4G-data för internet ~~

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, assez spacieux et confortable.Nous étions 2 jeunes filles et le quartier est très sécuritaire.La cuisine est petite mais utilisable, la douche est très petite et prévoir une petite accumulation d’eau.Nous nous sommes déplacées souvent à pied, mais prévoir environ un trentaine de minutes de marche pour se rendre à la majorité des destinations.Je recommande fortement ce logement à tous ceux visitant Stockholm.

Nice and cozy house, in a great location.

The staying was perfect. The property is located very close to the city center and is the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Stockholm. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have had a better staying!

Perfect for short stays

Brilliant choice to stay.Got all the amenities including cloth washer and dryer. Decent size kitchen where you can Cook if you want to save some cost. Just be careful while cooking as it can get smoky quickly even if the exaust is on medium mode. Our stay was great. Although the travel connections were not that great but it's just 5min away from bus stop and 10min away from train station.We would consider our stay in future again.

We could not believe how gorgeous this AirBnb was! It was absolutely perfect for the three of us during our 10 day stay in Sweden. Lovely living room, modern appliances, very comfortable space. Location was great - easy to walk to get groceries, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood was quiet & cozy - definitely felt safe. Would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I visit Stockholm!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut, sie befindet sich außerhalb von Stockholm, aber man kann die Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und preislich vergleichsweise ziemlich günstig. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Zu bemängeln habe ich Folgendes:- Probleme beim Check-in mit der Zugangsnummer, diese funktionierte zunächst nicht, Olof war jedoch sofort erreichbar, um das Problem zu lösen.- Die Tür zur Terrasse war bei Ankunft defekt und konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden. Zwar wurde die Tür während unseres Aufenthaltes durch einen Handwerker repariert, lies sich anschließend aber nicht mehr öffnen.- Keine Möglichkeit die Raumtemperatur zu ändern (es war häufig zu kalt)- Über der Herdplatte wird mit einem Zettel davor gewarnt, dass beim Kochen ein Fehlalarm des Feuermelders ausgelöst werden kann, wenn die Abzugsvorrichtung nicht auf die höchste Stufe eingestellt wird. Im Falle eines Fehlalarms droht ein Bußgeld in Höhe von 1000 €. Hierfür muss es eine bessere Lösung geben. Ich kann niemandem raten, in dieser Unterkunft zu kochen. Da wir ohnehin nicht gekocht haben, konnten wir damit leben.

Great location and clear communication. Overall a good alternative to a hotel room.
