Lägenheten ligger perfekt för ski in ski out och praktiskt nära bergbanan till/från centrum. Bra möblerad, men kylskåpet hade svårt att hålla sig stängt, skjutdörren till pentryt var trög, det saknades en hållare till duschhandtaget och en rullgardin vid ena fönstret (där en lampa utanför lyste in i lägenheten natten lång). Annars perfekt för ett par på semester i Åre. Kommunikationen med Johannes fungerade utmärkt. Kan rekommendera boendet.

A charming place in a superb location with grocery store and cafe literally next door. Be ready for a climb to the 4th floor. Probably best for a couple as there is only one room (plus kitchen). Very sunny, high ceilings. Quiet, clean and well equipped, though eat your ice cream right away--no freezer.

I stayed for two weeks. The location is absolutely perfect. I love staying in this cute flat and I would definitely recommend it. The communication and check in / out process with Elias was super easy.I enjoyed my stay and Stockholm a lot.

En stor och rymlig lägenhet. Rekommenderar starkt! Det gick snabbt att ta sig både ut och hem med hjälp av tottliften och ville man ner till byn var det inte långt att gå eller hoppa på bergbanan halvvägs!

Nice small apartment. It was very clean and well-maintained and quiet. Quite minimalistic, but it contained everything we needed (except a second chair). The connection to Stockholm City via public transport is uncomplicated. I recommend the apartment.

Great location ! The flat is clean and close to the Gärdet tube station and a nice Ica supermarket. Be aware that one bedroom is really tiny (it does have a double bed). The other is bigger but both have *zero* storage. (There is storage outside the bedrooms, near the entrance). Some major downsides if you’re going to stay for long:- no microwave (and the host refused to provide us with one)- no laundry machine. Not in the flat, and not in the building either. You’ll have to choose between super expensive Uber-type laundry services like 50€ for a batch, or go the the coin-operated launderette in the center, which is nice and will wash your clothes for 100sek (10€) but a bit far and not open after 1pm on most days. Stockholm is great despite how expensive it is, and I thought this location was nice. But before we came here we had found better, in the city center too.

The place was very nice and very clean. He was very helpful and great communication. Answered any questions I had. Nice area to stay in. So much to do Around it. I highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment and location, although compact it is perfect for over a weeks stay. Fredrik was super communicative and easy to reach when we had questions. Would certainly book again the next time we are in Stockholm.

perfect location and very clean neat apartement.

The apartment is very nice and Olof was a very good host. He answers almost immediately and made everything clear from the beginning. The price of the residence is good too. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice as well. I really enjoyed my stay there. Even though the apartment is close to the street you don't hear any sounds of cars or other vehicles. It is easy to check-in and the residence is also very close to supermarkets and the local trainstation.
