Had an amazing stay! Everything went smoothly and Johannes was fast at responding to my questions! A great place to stay with ski-in ski-out and very close to Åre Torg (rekommend walking down and taking the bergbana up).

Seemed like a company runs the Airbnb and all apartments in the house were used as Airbnb’s. It was very convenient to stay, easy quick communication with the host, easy check in and check out, clean apartment. The place does not have the charm of a privately run Airbnb and in the early morning of the last night it sounded like someone opened and closed the door to the apartment. Shortly after someone knocked at the door.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and the location was good. We could take the bus or subway everywhere, also ubers were not too expensive from there to the main attractions. The rooms were really big and comfortable. The building was silent, we never heard a noise from any neighbors or the street. The communication with the host was good and the system to get the key was very convenient. The apartment is old and could use a bit of a renovation but it was enough for us and for a 4 night stay, the good thing was that it was very warm inside which we appreciated after being in the cold all day ;) We missed having some extra sheets and duvet covers, especially because we requested to use the bed sofa as well but we made it work in the end.

Great location. Apartment does was it says on the tin. Especially nice bathroom. The apartment block is perhaps a little noisy with other guests. But would definitely stay again!

Johannes is very easy to communicate with and you get precise answers very quick

This apartment was perfect for a stay in Stockholm. Located in Gamla Stan (Old Town), it was just steps away from shops, restaurants, amazing cobblestone streets and the waterfront. A short walk gets you to the metro stop, and you are only one stop stay from Central Station. It was the perfect home base for exploring Stockholm. The building is quiet, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owner lives just upstairs so is there to help if needed (I didn’t, but was nice to know if I did)If I am lucky enough to visit Stockholm again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Great location and a perfect apartment for a shorter stay.

L’appartement est vraiment très sympa et très bien équipé. Nous étions 4 sans soucis et sans se marcher dessus grâce aux nombreux rangements de l’appartement. L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme en semaine (un peu plus bruyant le vendredi/samedi soir).

Ett boende mycket närma liften. Ski in Ski out. Välutrustat stuga. Bra med parkering alldeles utanför boendet. Nära till skidbussen.

Appartement au calme, lumineux, très bien situé pour visiter Stockholm par les transports en commun (bus au bas de l'immeuble et métro à 3mn). Gros manque dans la cuisine : micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, couverts. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Schöne helle, große Wohnung in ruhigem Wohnviertel. Der Check-in sowie der Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert. Fredrik ist sehr behilflich und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß. Alles war sauber. Die Küchenausstattung hat vollkommen gereicht. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel war sehr gut, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre, Metro/T-Stadtion in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt unweit der Wohnung genüg Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen oder etwas Essen/Trinken zu gehen. Die kleinen Bars und Kaffees sind sehr schön und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wir haben vier sehr schöne Tage in Stockholm verbracht und fühlten uns in Fredriks Wohnung sehr wohl.
