I stayed here for 9 days. After staying in hotels for the previous couple of weeks, this felt like coming home. Very clean and with everything I needed, great kitchen, comfy sofa, and very comfy Murphy bed. Having a washer/drier in the bathroom was so useful.The apartment is situated on a nice island 30 minutes from central Stockholm. A short walk, a tram (21), and a metro (13), and you're at the central station in around 30 minutes. Olof was very helpful and always responded very quickly. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

We had a really nice stay in this appartment. We stayed five persons for a week and it worked fine. Even though the appartment is kind of small, the layout is very well planned. The appartment was well cleaned and maintained. Towels and linen was included and prepared when we arrived and the appartment has two toilets which was a positive surprise! The ski storage on the top flore, close to one of the lifts, was also nice. However, since we use to cook every evening, we thought that the kitchen was quite small and also without freezer and owen it was a bit of a challenge, but in the end it worked out well.

Very nice apartment!

Olofs Place is really close to the Baggeby station from where you can reach the city centre in 10-15 min. Lidl and Coop are 15 min walk. The apartment was kept clean. All the basic necessities were provided. It’s a cozy studio for singles and at max for a couple. The description was exact and we found the apartment as shown in pictures. The communication with Olof was very prompt and friendly. We would definitely recommend his place to stay in Stockholm

Bra läge med ski in - ski out. Fin liten lägenhet med bra utsikt. Att tänka på ifall man ska långtidsbo här så finns det ingen frys och bara 2 uppsättningar av bestick, glas & tallrikar. Annars toppen bra

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und wir haben sie sehr sauber und mit einer guten Grundausstattung vorgefunden.Direkt vor der Haustür hatten wir gute öffentliche Verbindungen.Uns war trotz der Wintermonate nie Kalt in der Wohnung.Wir hatten eine einfache, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.Alles in allem der perfekte Ort für eine Besichtigung der Stockholmer Stadt.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Elias's place! I received s confirmation and all necessary info before checking in and Elias was the most helpful host. The apartment was clean and airy, possibly even more charming than in the pictures. The view was gorgeous! Södermalm is the hippest and trendiest area in town, and the apartment was a comfortable walking distance from the metro and grocery stores.I would definitely recommend this apartment and Elias as a host, I loved everything. Would book again!

We got fast replies to our questions and Johannes fixed promptly a small repair needed.

Jättebra läge, nära till byn och till skidbacken. Däremot fungerade inte kylen som den skulle och det fanns ingen micro trots att detta var meddelat innan vistelsen, vilket var dåligt.

Very good flat, quiet with an ideal location to visit every island of Stockholm to walk or with the transport (Slussen station). I recommend it !

Bra ski in och ski out

Nice, functional apartment with all that’s needed for a week’s comfortable stay. Ski in/out was great. Better suited for two people than 3 or more. Some disturbance after 22h but nothing that would stop me from staying again.
