The host is kind and friendly person. Check-in and check-out flows were smooth, the information provided was clear enough to make the experience quick. The location is perfect, you can get to the city center in 15 min. by metro. The place is clean and well-build - you could find anything you need for your stay.The place is warm, hot water, clean and quiet.In general, I had a nice experience and I would recommend this place for everyone.Tips: around the corner is pizza restaurant with reasonable prices.

The apartment is really nice, the location is perfect to visit the the city and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The check in was very easy and flexible. Fredrik also responded quickly whenever we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay in Stockholm and we absolutely recommend this apartment :)

Excellent appartment, close to our destination. Clean, perfect for long stay.

Me and my friend had a lovely stay in Fredrik's place. The apartment was super clean, and provided us with everything we needed. There's lots of kitchen equipment too! The neighbourhood is very tranquil, so we slept very well. There's not much directly around the apartment to do / eat / have coffee, but we were traveling for work anyway and it's easy enough to get around. The state of the apartment was pristine, apart from the bed in the second bedroom which probably needs replacement. The comfiness of the sofa made up for that though. Would definitely recommend!

I’d highly recommend staying here. The apartment has everything you could need and is conveniently located for not only Södermalm but for getting around the whole city. The price compared to most places to stay in Stockholm is very reasonable. I would definitely come again next time.

Its a super location, it feels more like a hotel than a personal space, so I don't think Elias actually lives there but only rents it out? I can also be wrong but it all worked out smoothly! Thank you for having us.

Mycket fräsch och trevlig lägenhet med fin utsikt och välutrustat kök. Allt funkade bra i lägenheten. Värden svarade snabbt och gav bra och tydlig information. Vi återkommer gärna!

L’appartement d’Elias est vraiment très bien, bien placé dans un quartier sympathique et proche des transports en commun ainsi que des commerce. Elias nous a très bien guidé pour notre arrivé à Stockholm je recommande à 100% !

Very easy check in, amazing location, not for noise sensitive people as you can hear cleaners, and voices from rooms and hallways, but great facilities, very clean and simple living for an inner city stay.Good, fast, easy communication.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely city. Close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The metrostation is a 5 minute walk away which takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. The apartment itself is clean and spacious with lots of closet space.
