The apartment was neat and clean and perfectly located in the cozy Södermalm area. It was obvious that the apartment was a professional rental with no one really living there. The kitchen was equipped only with the very basic stuff, e.g. no cooking oil, measuring cups or a whisk, so not a place to cook a lot of food . Luckily the area is full of nice cafés and restaurants! Check in and out was super easy, and everything went really smoothly with great communication.

Квартира отличалась немного от фотографий. Кухонная мебель старая. В туалете был сильный запах канализации. Ремонт в квартире был давно. В доме живет очень много людей, люди разные. Это не очень было приятно!Ночью был сильный шум и пение. Я сразу написала хозяину и он решил проблему среди ночи. Квартира очень чистая, постельное белье глаженное. Все было очень чисто!!Днем идет ремонтные работы, бываем шумно. Но мы дома были редко, так как много гуляли. Нас этот шум не беспокоил Квартира хорошая и стоит своих денег. Только вот соседи бывают разные. Это немного пугает

Rigtig fin og ren lejlighed, dog med et par sorte hår her og der. Der manglede nogle af de faciliteter, der var angivet, såsom gratis parkering/mikrobølgeovn/tv, men det blev fint løst med værten. Lejligheden ligger i et stille og roligt område med sporvogn og tunnelbane lige ved siden af bolig, og der var flere spisesteder/barer/supermarked lige nedenfor, dog ikke noget man bemærkede ift. larm i lejligheden. Lejligheden har parkering om hjørnet/foran mod betaling med easypark - dog ret langt fra byen på gåben.Sengene var behagelige, og der var det man skulle bruge i køkkenet.Kunne sagtens bo her igen/anbefale det til andre.

Excellent host, answers all the questions immediately. Apartment as described, very close to subway, 15 minutes to the center, in a green, peacful area.

This was a beautiful apartment outside of Stockholm. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants but still walkable to Gamla Stan.. we really enjoyed our stay.

L'appartamento è ben tenuto e silenzioso, adatto a 2 persone, ma in 4 bisogna tutti i giorni preparare i due posti aggiuntivi che sono offerti dal divano in sala/cucina.L'appartamento manca della descrizione molto importante della sua posizione all'interno del condominio: è al 3° piano senza ascensore (a saperlo, non avremmo prenotato questa soluzione).L'host ha fornito, dopo il nostro ingresso in appartamento, indicazioni ulteriori circa il check-out non presenti nella presentazione della soluzione proposta ed è risultato poco flessibile sul suo orario, non mostrando, tra le condizioni della casa, le penali da applicare in caso di ritardato check-out (situazione che ci è occorsa per un contrattempo, uscendo 1h oltre l'orario stabilito).
