Very communicative host! The instructions to get in were clear. I believe the couch is the second bed listed on the stay- and was a pullout. The place was very clean.

Elias was super responsive and the apartment was in a great location. It certainly served its purpose as a quick getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall my stay was satisfactory.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement. Confortable. Bien situé, près des commerces ( Coop en face, ouvert jusqu'à 22 heures) et près des bus et métro. Plutôt calme malgré quelques bruits de travaux.

This was second apartment we stayed in of Andreas'. Both are very clean and modern. A very good product for very reasonable price! For a couple days the bedroom was really too cold. But Andreas requested building Central heat to be increased and situation improved, which also coincided with outside temperature warming.... bedroom may need a space heater. Andreas communicates very well.

The place was fine, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Södermalm if you are booking last minute. The place was nice and warm and was close to the places we wanted to see. The place smelled intensely like the sewage system. Elias also cancelled our stay just a week in advance without any explanation but when we tried to book again, it worked out. I had mentioned this to him but he didn't apologize or explain the situation.
