Great little apartment, quite atmospheric. Close to various transportation options such as bus stops and a commuter ferry. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well- had no issues. All in all, very good value for money.

Vi havde et fint ophold i lejligheden. Den ligger i et rigtig hyggeligt kvarter og i gåafstand til både Gamla Stan og Östermalm. Det eneste rum, der er i lejligheden, er lidt lille, men det var fint for os. Havde vi skulle lave mad, havde det nok været træls, at sengen stod lige ved siden af komfuret, men da vi spiste ude og kun lavede kaffe, gik det fint.

Positive: Nice, clean apartment. Good location.Negative: It's difficult to find the first time when arriving. A tag on the front door would be fine.

Fin leilighet i et rolig nabolag. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, romslig og nær både transport og restauranter. Kommunikasjonen var bra med Andreas.Annet enn at alt var supert så må jeg nevnte at det er lite lydisolert så man hører folk gå i trappene/ banking ovenfor samt at innsjekkingen er litt sen men spesielt at utsjekkingen er for tidlig. Alt i alt så anbefaler jeg dette stedet!

Our stay here was amazing. The quality-price ratio was spot on. I really do recommend this with my friend. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Stockholm, es ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß eine Tram-Haltestelle zu erreichen, mit welcher man in 20 Minuten in der Stockholmer Innenstadt ist. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und wunderschöne, typisch schwedische Wohngebiete. Das Apartment war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Kommunikation mit Olof funktioniert ohne Probleme.

I was here a few nights for a business trip and it does what it’s suppose to :) small clean apartment that has all the amenities. It is a one floor below ground but since I was just there to sleep, I didn’t mind.

Cozy apartment close to delicious bakeries, spacious apartment for hanging out, and good kitchen. Cold during winter (above just using warm socks), the host informed about this but was still colder than expected. Some electricity outlets looked bit dangerous and were in need for repair.

Positive: Proximity to the sea and easy travel for working in the area

I highly recommend Andreas’ Airbnb in Stockholm! The location was easy to find, just a 20-minute pleasant walk to the city center and a few minutes from the nearest store. The neighborhood has a stunning vibe, and the proximity to the sea is simply breathtaking. Check-in was seamless, and Andreas was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in an excellent location in a nice building. The space is as pictured, well presented and clean. The only drawbacks were the shower, which is mentioned in the listing but definitely something to be aware of when booking. It’s a proper ‘Stockholm’ shower- the bathroom is a small wet room with shower over the toilet. And as it’s an old building there was very little sound proofing so you can hear everyone coming and going in the hallway and the neighbours through the wall. But still a great base for exploring the city! Overall a good experience.

Nice and cozy place. Worth the money, parking is a major plus. Quiet area, and easy to get around.
