Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt daneben.Der Check-in lief Einwandfrei und man kam sehr einfach in die Wohnung.Die Geräte wie bspw. Wasserkocher & Kaffeemaschine funktionierten ebenso.Olof hat uns rechtzeitig alle wichtigen und relevanten Infos durchgegeben.Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem und mann konnte sehr gut schlafen.Zudem war das Bad und die Dusche in gutem Zustand. Jedoch sah die Unterkunft auf den Bilder (bspw. die Betten) anders aus wie in der Realität.Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

Really convenient place to stay in Stockholm, close to the subway and lots of activies. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's really nice that the apartment faces the courtyard and is very quiet.

Safe, cheap, clean. 10/10.Positive: Very clean, excellent contact via host with clear check in and check out instructions. Safe neighbourhood and only 23 minutes to the city centre via metro.Negative: N/a. We had an excellent time. Some properties are falsely advertised with photos. This accomodation is exactly how it is presented and it was superb. It is everything you need for a safe, comfortable stay. Cannot recommend enough.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. The most important was the location, it in an amazing location, in the center of the old city, truly nice and recommended if you are travelling for holidays. The rooms were not very spacious but adequate for a 4-group people like us. Olof was very responsive to various questions we had before our arrivals and his response time was super fast. PS. The are not 2 bathrooms. Actually, it is 1.5 bathroom since only in the 1 you can have a bath.

Nästan 100%Positive: Fräscht, nytt, välstädat, skön säng. Allt var bra och det enda jag kunde önskat är en stor spegel i hallen.Lite mörkt vid ingången på kvällen, men det är ett lugnt område så man kände sig ändå säker.Negative: Lite omständigt att låsa dörren utifrån. Man fick slå koden för att kunna stänga dörren.

Boendet är enkelt och rent. Om du vill ha tydlighet och enkelhet är detta boendet för dig. Om du vill ha en personlig touch och mysfaktor bör du leta vidare. Ingen tv och inte speciellt hemtrevligt men det mesta av köksutrustning finns och allt var rent och fint. Beliggenheten är kanon, man kan enkelt och snabbt ta sig till och från city. In och utceckning sker utan någon mänsklig kontakt med en kod du får på sms. Smidigt och problemfritt. En hel del regler att förhålla sig till i boendet

Very nice location, very clean apartment, well-furnished, and phone key allows smooth access to the apartment.Just a small thing to say is that the second bed is a couch bed that is not very comfortable.

The place was very nice and well-maintained, located in a quiet and safe area. It was convenient to get around from here, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Il soggiorno all’interno della casa è stato piacevole, ben fornita e ampia, luminosa. Quando si sono presentate delle emergenze, l’host ha operato affinché si risolvessero nel più breve tempo possibile.

la estancia ha estado fenomenal, la habitación se encontraba completamente limpia y era muy acogedora, además, se accede a ella fácilmente desde a estación TCentrale-Ropsten, y continuando hacia AGA. La única pega es el frío que entra a veces, no conseguimos hacer funcionar la calefacción de la habitación, aunque sí la del baño.muy recomendable para ir en pareja

Overall a good place for a good price in Stockholm. The shower was a bit dirty though.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und die Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche für 2 Menschen gut ausgestattet, für ein paar Tage Stockholm also ideal. Darüberhinaus war die nächste Bahnstation in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und in der Umgebung sehr süße Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz vorheriger Warnung, dass es gerade jetzt im November kalt sein könnte, war die Wohnung leider kälter als erwartet, es zog sehr im Wohnzimmer und die Heizung wurde auch auf höchster Stufe nicht warm genug um die Wohnung aufzuheizen. Man sollte also dicke Socken, Pulli und eine kuschelige Hose im Gepäck haben. Wir hatten aber ansonsten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit Olof verlief reibungslos.
