Logement dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Stockholm ! Nous étions à environ 30 minutes de marche du centre historique. Sinon il y a une ligne de bus a 100 mètres et le métro à 5 minutes. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais c'est suffisant pour 4 pour passer quelques jours dans cette très jolie ville. Olof a été très réactif concernant nos échanges.

Olof's place is small but has everything you need, including kitchen with stove and a washing machine. The location is conveniently situated near transport and getting into the Old Town is super easy. It is quiet even though it is in the city, has coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarket and more within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfy. We have already come here twice now when we pass through Stockholm.

Central och mysig liten studiolägenhet. Ett stort pluss var att det fanns en tvättstuga tillgänglig. Ett litet minus är att det är ganska lyhört till grannarna, men så är det en gammal och charmig byggnad, så det får man räkna med. Allt i allt en fin lägenhet centralt i Sthlm :)

Très beau séjour dans l’appartement d’Olof, fidèle à la description et propre. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours et quelques épiceries également. Proximité avec les transports. Seul bémol : que le propriétaire monnaye l’arrivée anticipée (avant 16h)

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood with ample restaurant life and easy transport. The flat comes as advertised and has what you need for a city vacation.

Amazing area to stay in. There’s a murphy bed in the living room plus also the sleeping sofa. We were a family of 4. Bathtub/shower leaks quite a bit due to a lack of a curtain on back wall (gap behind shower head and faucets.). Water pressure and hot water was enough for one shower or two but not 4 people consecutively. But, given the truly ideal apot and the building and its age, this didn’t bother us too much. I think the value was okay for the location but not necessarily for the quality of the interior for 4 people. I would stay here again, regardless.

Lite utmaningar med de automatiska meddelandena som inte var uppdaterade. Detta gjorde att de var lite knepigare att hitta rätt då vi blev tillsagda att gå till fel port. Samma sak gäller wifi, uppgifterna som skickas stämde inte. När det kommer till köket så står det att det ska va full utrustad. I min värld så finns de frys och diskmaskin också isf. I övrigt var de ett superbra boende och en fantastisk utsiktb

Pros:- The neighborhood is lovely and has supermarkets as well as restaurants nearby.- The place is very spacious.- Everything was clean, and the bedding was good (which is frequently not the case with worn-down mattresses, so worth highlighting!).- Support was excellent: very responsive and helpful.Cons:- There was quite a bit of paperwork involved, including forms and ID submissions for all adults. It felt a bit excessive.- Some of the instructions were confusing. The name indicated didn’t match, and there were conflicting details about the smart lock closing procedure.- Some things in the place seemed to be on their last legs, like the toilet seat, shower headrest, and some light buttons that didn’t work.- The windows in the rooms do not have curtains!- The supply of shampoo wasn’t sufficient for our stay, so we had to purchase extra.

Bekvämt och rymligt på bra läge till bra pris.Positive: Bekvämt, rymligt,Negative: Anonym och kylig entré. Mycket enkel standard i badrummet.

Apartment in the location we wanted - a bit bare on the amenities and noisy neighbours but easy process and roomy.

The perfect apartment for our family. Spacious, clean and beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Really cute studio apartment in a great location to explore Stockholm. Loved the area and the flat layout. Bathroom a bit tired but other than that the flat was great. Would have been nice if the owner could have been more helpful with helping us store our bags on day of arrival or day of departure. Simply directed us to luggage storage in the city rather than helping us by letting us drop the bags off a couple hours before check in.

Allting var perfekt 👌🏼 men vissa saker var inte det bästa, som tillexempel i duschen fans ingen draperi, toa stolen var gammal och sönder på inre kant porslin, väldigt liten. Belysning i stora rummet var inte tillräckligt, internet fungerade inte och det var lågt i tak. Teven var inte smart tv.

Lite opersonlig kommunikation och krånglig bokning. Men bortsett från det var allt bra. Nära till liftar, byn, butiker, nattklubb. Totalt sett klart värt det 👌🏼

Todellinen Ski-in tosin neljänteen kerrokseen mutta, ei tarvinnut kävellä monot jalassa ympäri Årea vaan pääsi suoraan mäkeen hotellin ylimmästä kerroksesta siltaa pitkin! ihan pienne kävelymatkan päässää myös yhteys Åren keskustaan Bergbana:an kanssa (mäkijunan) tosin kävellenkään ei ollut pitkä matka. Asunto todella siisti ja toimii kahdelle pariskunnalle hyvin, joskin toisessa makuuhuoneessa kerrossängy! Oven lukko järjestelmmän todella kätevä, helppo sisäänkirjautuminen, joskin pieniä rekistöröinti haasteita!

Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und wurde richtig beschrieben. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gelangt man sehr gut und schnell von der Zentralstation zur Wohnung und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung war auch gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und sauberer Bettwäsche wie auch Badetücher.Die Kommunikation mit Olaf verlief Reibungslos und er hat immer sehr schnell, freundlich und Verständnisvoll geantwortet.
