Kleines kuschliges Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. alles notwendige zum Kochen war vorhanden. Gute Erreichbarkeit dank der Bergbahn. Wunderschöner Ausblick Richtung See und Piste.

Pleasant place to stay with quick access to the tunnelbana (stairs short cut). It was so comfortable and clean.

Sono molto soddisfatto di questo alloggio, situato vicinissimo alle fermate dell'autobus e del traghetto e con una vista dalla finestra incredibile. Spazio piccolo adatto per 1/2 persone, completo di cucina, lavastoviglie, frigo e microonde. Bagno piccolo e confortevole, completo di tutto. Se devo trovare un piccolo appunto è stato aprire la porta la prima volta, dato che non sapevo che bisognasse spingere molto forte e ci sono riuscito grazie a due altri inquilini che sono arrivati in quel momento e mi hanno aiutato. Niente di grave comunque. Per il resto alloggio consigliatissimo e host sempre molto disponibile.

We spent an enjoyable Christmas break in this duplex.The view on Are lake is superb, access to and from the ski slopes is easy.The duplex is well equiped, and we specially enjoyed the private sauna.Finally, communication with Pontus has been easy and smooth.

Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet. Lagom stort för en familj på fyra personer. Bra utrustat och mycket tyst. Nära till Åre centrum och nära till liften. Smidigt med nyckeln i mobilen.

Spacious and tasteful apartment with breath-taking views helped make our visit a truly memorable family ski break.Positive: Modern and well equipped apartment with stunning views over the town, lake and hills. Kitchen is first rate and I had no trouble cooking a full Christmas meal for the family. Very much appreciated the ski in / ski out and storage room for quick and easy access to the slopes.Negative: No complaints, it was icy and some more grit on the roads and paths would have made it easier to get around but no fault of our hosts.

The furnishings were new and the house was spacious. It is a very big apartment, hundreds of people live in it, I wish we could see in the photos that it is such a big apratman. But fortunately we didn't have a problem with the sound.

Perfekt boende nära byn, kan vara svårt med parkering runt knuten i högsäsong. Nära till allt, backe och byn! Viss lyhördhet från korridoren utanför dörren. Rekommenderas då boendet i sig var över förväntan!

Flott beliggenhet, bare noen hundre meter til VM8’n og gangavstand til torget. Ren og funksjonell leilighet.

Fint läge med ski-in, ski out och härligt utsikt.Det lilla sovrummet mycket trångt och för klen ventilation.

I had a nice stay at Olaf’s place. This was my second rental in Lindingö as an abroad Uni student, and this one was much better than my first accommodations. It felt more comfortable, clean and modern, and it was actually nice to hear the other guests out and about in the hallways and in passing. People were friendly and said hello, yet also quiet when it was time for us all to wind down. This area is close to plenty of transportation and was also very near my school. Bonus because there was a washer/dryer unit in the building. I would recommend it.

Appartement très bien situé, métro et bus à proximité.Quartier calme.Déco sympa.Cuisine et salle de bain petites mais pour 4 personnes pas de soucis, en revanche, je pense que personne n’y a jamais habité car les points d’eau ne sont pas du tout ergonomiques : faire la vaisselle et se laver les dents n’est pas aisé avec les meubles hauts. Le joint de la douche signalé dans les précédents commentaires n’a pas été changé.La literie ne nous a pas convenue : trop molle à notre goût.Pensez à changer le nom sur la porte ou le message d’accueil car le nom ne correspond pas.Ce que nous avons regretté : les messages automatiques, ce n’est pas ce que nous attendons d’un Airbnb pour notre part.

Het is een ruim appartement met nieuw meubilair. Het appartement ligt op 550 meter van de metro. We hadden een kaart gekocht waarmee we 3 dagen met het openbaar vervoer konden reizen. Hiermee konden we praktisch heel Stockholm mee bereiken. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep heel prettig.Het apartment zou wel wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken, vandaar niet de volledige 5 sterren.
