Olof’s stay had everything we needed for a couple days in Stockholm. The area is peaceful and very well connected to the city center. It’s also nice to walk around. We are very satisfied with our stay 😊

Olof was always great with communication from the beginning and responded when needed. We had a slight mishap with the entrance upon checkin, luckily he was awake and responsive when it occurred. Overall the place is great and location wise. Elements for cooking and exhaust is a bit tricky and took a lot of niggling to use if planning on cooking at home. Plenty of instructions provided to navigate in the apartment and appreciated but not all always apply unfortunately depending on the model/apartment. Also didn’t have a dish rack to dry dishes but, small things. All this was communicated with the host and they did do their best to assist where they could through it all and appreciated.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Altbauwohnung mit Charme im Hinterhaus, deshalb sehr ruhig. Wir waren überrrascht, wie zentral die Wohnung für alle Unternehmungen in Stockholm liegt und wie gut die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist (der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und die U-Bahn-Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Zudem gibt es in der Gegend viele sehr gut bewertete Restaurants und Cafés. Gerne empfehlen wir die Wohnung wärmstens weiter, die auch für Familien bestens geeignet ist.

Perfekt för tre dagars skidåkning för två personer. En studio är kanske lite för liten för fler än två och/eller för en hel vecka. Ski-in/ski-out OCH gångavstånd till byn är väldigt bra!

Andrea's place looks exactly the same as the pictures. Very peaceful area, walkable distance to bus stop and metro station, and most importantly - lakeview is amazing!

Great location, very nice and cozy apartment, best service from Kim. We had a lovely stay with the family and the apartments are very peaceful. Great with 2 toilets. Highly recommended!

I recommend Hotell Ruinen to any traveller / tourist visiting Stockholm. Rooms are private, practical and quiet with everything we needed. Surroundings are nice felt safe and was super easy and fast to get to central Stockholm with the boats. Unlike central Stockholm was easy to find long term cheap parking also (6 min walking max). However the access to the building is only through steep stairs that are a challenge for visitors with babies every time going in and out. Visitors with car will also find that there is no available space to leave the car (other than the street) when loading/unloading. 100% recommended once aware of those two little things.

Logement super, emplacement un peu à l’écart mais facile d’accéder aux transports en commun donc pas de problème.Juste il était mentionné que les travaux pouvaient faire un peu de bruit, mais c’est extrêmement bruyant au point de réveiller tout le monde le matin. Heureusement ça n’a duré que 3 jours après ça plus de problème. Seul défaut du séjour, tout le reste était impeccable

Apartment has a good location with a nice view, rooms are spacious. A little grocery shop and pizza restaurant close to the apt. Regarding kitchen supplies we thought it was a bit strange that there is a corkscrew but not a single wineglass. Although we were informed in advance about the inner temperature, it was worse than expected (and we live in Scandinavia!! ) There is a constant ice-cold draft from all windows and the worst of all is the balcony door that doesn´t close properly. We went to sleep with woolen clothes on. The only pleasant place to sit was by the dining table in the dining room. It´s a nice place to visit during summer but definitely not during the winter. Apt should be supplied with extra heating devices. Next time I will make sure I rent apt from a private person and not a firm. The nice experience was actually an Italian pizza restaurant in the neighborhood.

Vi var lidt i tvivl om hvordan det med vores ki fungerede da vi troede det var helt udenfor. Ellers super fantastisk bolig fin ren og pæn til en god pris. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Fantastisk lägenhet i hjärtat av Gamla Stan i Stockholm. Perfekt för familj eller en grupp vänner. William var enastående på att svara på våra frågor och läget är idealiskt samtidigt som lägenheten är oklanderlig.

Vår vistelse i Gamla Stan var perfekt! Det var svårt att hitta boende för vår familj på 8 personer, men vi kände oss mycket bekväma. Allt var lättillgängligt och lägenheten hade allt vi behövde.

Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. Var fint och trevligt. Lungt område och fin utsikt. Vi gillade boendet verkligen. Det var något större i verkligheten, än vad vi fick uppfattningen om på bilderna. Jättebra.
