Appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel ( rien ne manque ) A proximité des transports. Andréas est disponible, mais nous n’avons pas eu ce besoin, ses explications étaient claires.Belle découverte de Stockholm , nous ne regrettons pas notre choix .Martine & Marie-Flore , 2 globe-trotteuses

Appartement très calme, moderne, tout comfort et bien situé (non loin du métro, du centre ville et des restaurants). Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir rencontré l'hôte. Cela aurait été très appréciable.

Fantastisk plats! Idealisk belägen i hjärtat av gamla stan. Studion är modern, ren, möblerad, och värden är mycket tillmötesgående. Jag rekommenderar den varmt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns immer gefreut, in die Unterkunft zurückzukommen. Es war sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, allein das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage war super. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Unterkunft und auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Le logement est conforme à la description, épuré et fonctionnel, proche de l'ambiance d'une chambre d'hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct pour Stockholm, notamment grâce à la réduction appliquée, justifiée par la mention "Des travaux de construction sont en cours à l'intérieur et autour du bâtiment. Un peu de bruit peut être attendu." dans l'annonce. Cependant, l'intensité des nuisances sonores a dépassé nos attentes : les travaux débutaient dès 7h du matin, accompagnés de bruits de perceuses etc…, rendant les matinées particulièrement éprouvantes. Cette information mériterait d'être plus transparente, car même avec la réduction, il semble difficile de profiter pleinement du séjour en semaine dans ces conditions.Malgré les désagréments liés au bruit, l'appartement reste une option intéressante pour un séjour le week-end ou lorsque les travaux seront terminés.

I was travelling for business on my own and stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is small but very nice, in a good neighbourhood with some excellent restaurants, close to the metro. It doesn't have a TV (which is clearly stated) though that would have been a nice addition. But it would not stop me staying again, the bed was really comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. Very good!

Die Lage und alles war im gesamten wirklich gut leider war die Wohnung sehr kalt und ich hab nachts gefroren. Es gab eine Decke die nur Plastik war und ein Kopfkissen das ebenfalls nur Plastik war. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es eine richtige Decke, richtige Kissen und vernünftige Handtücher gegeben hätte alternativ einen Hinweis bei der Buchung .

Das Appartement und die Aussicht waren genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Mit der Fähre gelangt man super in die Stadt.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is quite small but very cozy and it was perfectly adequate for 3 people. The only downside was that one window was a bit leaky and the cold air came through the slits. Otherwise it was a very good time.

Als alleinreisende habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann einfach durchs Viertel oder am Wasser entlangspazieren und ist nur 2 Haltestellen von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zwei Dinge (Licht und Fön) haben leider nicht funktioniert und wurden während mei es Aufenthaltes nicht repariert.

Avec mes amis, nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Très bel appartement moderne, avec une super cuisine équipée, belle vue sur les toits depuis le lit et le salon - seuls défauts = douche étroite et beaucoup de messages automatiques avant et pendant le séjour.

A small and cosy apartment within a commuting distance of the city centre of Stockholm. The owner is very responsive and open for feedback.

Great spot for getting about Stockholm - either by foot, bus or metro. Apartment was identical to photos and we had a comfortable stay, with no issues. Shop across the road from the building, so easy to pick up any bits.

the location was great, the flat was really cozy and had all we needed. Elias was friendly and helpful. highly reccomend
