The apartment is incredibly cozy and you feel home right away. The studios room has lots of beautiful furniture and still doesn’t feel over furnished. The balcony has a stunning view on the waterside.The kitchen with its dining table is pretty well equipped for a couple of days.Personally, I found the check-in form on an external webpage extremely inappropriate asking what relationship I have to my travel mate and to upload a selfie and asking for further warranty - that you can skip but gives overall a not so good impression about the host.I want to thank Andreas for hosting us. We loved staying with you and hope to stay in Stockholm again very soon.Yusef & Clody

Clean, neat apmt with comfy beds.Walking distance to the ICA grocery. Wish can hv option to check in early tho.Max 3-4 pple recommended.

Un endroit avec une vue magique, à quelques minutes en bateau du centre de Stockholm (que demander de mieux comme expériences?), accessible aussi en bus.Je garde l’adresse pour mes prochains séjours à Stockholm et je recommande !

Landlord is super nice, responsible and warmhearted. Apartment is clean, well organized and cozy. I will certainly choose it again next time.

Jätte fin lägenhet med super bra läge. Söder är en händelserik plats med mycket bra restauranger och barer och lägenheten hade ett perfekt läge för detta! Gångavstånd till allt men inget ljud som störde hemma!

Super AirBnb! Sauber, gute Lage, mit (sehr) kleiner Küche, schnelle Reaktionszeiten und für einen Kurzurlaub ideal. Das Einzige, das einen komischen Beigeschmack hatte ist, dass das ganze Haus ist voll von solchen AirBnb Wohnungen ist. Auch haben wir einige automatisierte Antworten erhalten. Diese Faktoren haben den Aufenthalt etwas unpersönlicher gestaltet, was allerdings nicht unbedingt negativ sein muss. Ansonsten jedenfalls empfehlenswert.

It was a cozy apartment with a short distance to the metro system and the city center. Ideal for spending some days in Stockholm. The kitchen was properly equipped and the bathroom was as described and therefore good.I can really recommend the apartment :).

This apartment is absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location! It’s bright, spacious, and has beautiful high ceilings. Everything was spotless, and the high-end appliances and in-unit laundry machines were a great bonus. Just be aware that it’s on the fourth floor with no elevator, so packing light is a good idea. That said, I’d definitely stay here again (with fewer suitcases:)!

Very clean and well decorated place, except for a very hard rug that hurt to walk on without shoes... Was nice to have full access to a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, cutlery etc, but the instructions for the stove were wrong and we had to figure it out on our own. When we asked them for help, they gave incorrect instructions and asked for a photo even though I had attached 2 different photos on the issue request form.

Alles wie beschrieben, cosy definiere ich etwas anders, die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig, das Bad sehr klein, die Lage sehr gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Elias.
