Apartment was clean and cozy, exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helping, the apartment has beautiful views and is in a calm place, there are bus and ferry stations nearby, which made the trip comfortable, I would recommend people to stay in your place!

Lovely quiet area, and beautiful building in the ruins. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay and felt very cosy and comfortable. Andreas was kind, tentative and helped to make our trip as stress free as possible.

On a adoré passer une semaine en famille chez Andreas. Parfait pour 2 adultes + 1 enfant, pas plus. Cuisine bien équipée, logement très bien chauffé, salle de bain fonctionnelle. 10min à pied de supérettes et d’une station de métro sur la greenline. Quartier très paisible, idéal pour « vivre à la suédoise ». Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

En väldigt trevlig lägenhet med genomgående hög standard. För oss (2 vuxna och 2 barn) passade den perfekt. Gamla stan är det perfekta utgångsläget om du vill turista i Stockholm.Värt att notera är att lägenheten ligger ovanpå en restaurang. Ta med öronproppar om du är känslig för störande ljud.På det stora hela en väldigt bra upplevelse!

Allt var enligt förväntan men tyvärr bodde vi där i en period (oktober) när vädret slog om och blev kallt och huset hade inte hunnit acklimatisera sig och lägenhet var kall. Tyvärr inget som kunde justeras.I övrigt är det bra läge och perfekt för en familj med två vuxna och två barn (9 och 6 år). Bra restauranger i området och enkelt att ta sig med tunnelbanan som ligger nära.Olof var bra och kommunikativ som värd.

Loved the location. The bus is nearby. There is a grocery store opposite the building. Clear instructions in entering the building too. Olof responded very fast if we had any questions, which came in handy when the door code didn’t work. It was too bad we had to wait nearly 20 minutes before we could enter the apartment, because Olof didn’t know which code we had to use. Overall the place was clean. The apartment has nice looks, except for the bathroom. We really enjoyed being there, even though we had some mishaps.

the location and the price made our stay very convenient and practical in a nice and calm area of Stockholm. It was easily accessible and it was perfect for a short stay.

Great studio in great location. Only complaint was the bathroom. It is extremely small. Apart from that a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Logement pratique bien situé.

Alloggio comodo dotato di tutti i comfort. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi.

Positive: The flat is suitably equipped, comfortable and tidy. The location just right...easy access to Gamla Stan and the railway station, and a Spar across the street.Negative: The commons were put offish: several large garbage collectors at the entryway to the building, a stairwell with unpleasant odour, to some extent perceptible in the hallway to the flat. The security push key procedures to enter the building, to use the elevator and enter the flat are tedious. A secondary system, for instance QR code, would be a definite upgrade.

tutto bello, zona perfetta, host preciso anche se molto (forse troppo) pretenzioso per le regole (le service fee che si pagano, per cosa sarebberose devo praticamente sistemare l’appartamento altrimenti pago?)il problema più grande è stato il bagno, la doccia è all’interno della zona water ed è un doccino minuscolo (che normalmente viene usato semplicemente per il water)il bagno è praticamente 2 metri quadri dove c’è doccia lavandino e water tutto unito, non c’è box doccia, non c’è nulla che potrebbe non bagnarsi quando fai la doccia secondo problema il letto, sicuramente molto arrangiato, un semplice divano letto di una scomodità immensa, non vale i soldi che si pagano
