If you’re staying during the colder season, I definitely do not recommend staying here—it’s really cold inside. One of the radiators wasn’t working, and I had to warm myself with a hair dryer.Indoor looked like around 15 degree.Maybe owner could leave extra blanket to the place.That said, the location is good, and the place is cozy, but it’s an older apartment, which affects the balance of the heating system.

Appartement typique, en plein cœur de la vielle ville qui est un des plus beau, si ce n’est le plus beau quartier de Stockholm. Appartement bien équipé et propre.Mention spécial pour la salle de bain très atypique et agréable.

Everything was good, it was a really nice neighborhood! We just felt a bit uncomfortable being reminded of extra fees for not removing bedsheets, doing dishes etc more than once. Also, be aware of very late check in time and early check out. :)

Pleasant stay and wonderful location. Some minor issues with cleaning upon arrival.

Fin lägenhet, man saknade tv på kvällen, lite kyligt, så varma kläder vintertid är bra:)

Logement très bien situé, à quelques minutes des transports en commun et des quartiers vivants, dans une impasse donc pas de circulation. Conforté aux attentes. Attention, salle de bain très petite, vous vous lavez face au lavabo et aux toilettes qui seront tout deux mouillés pendant votre douche. Rien à dire d'autre !

Riktigt bra plats för mig under mina dagar med studier på söder. När till allt jag behövde och inget oljud eller något som störde.

The appartment was perfect for our weekend trip to Stockholm. Its very clean and has everything you need - in addition, it has the charming aspect of being inside of an old ruin. Andreas was very nice, answered quickly and gave as clear instructions for our late Check-In, which was uncomplicated. As well, there is a ferry right in front of the door, which takes you to the center in 15 minutes. All in all, it was a great stay and we totally recommend Andreas appartment.

Great central apartment smack in the middle of Södermalm. The apartment is simple, perfect for 1-2 people. Although the temperature outside was a few degrees below zero, the apartment stayed warm. We received good communication with Olof, and responses were fairly quick during our conversation. If you are looking for an apartment that gets you close to the best parts of Stockholm then this is a great choice.

Clean, well-situated place - off a quiet street but conveniently located near the metro, old city, plenty of cafes and bars/restaurants. Host was very gracious, responsive and provided very clear instructions for the check-in and departure process. Highly recommended and will consider again for future visits to Stockholm.

Mooie luxe locatie, dicht bij station en fijne restaurantjes. fijn dat Fredrik snel reageerde bij vragen. goede uitvalsbasis om Stockholm te ontdekken. heel stil het appartement het leek alsof er niemand anders in de buurt was.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gemütlich die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht jedoch ist sie sehr geräumig. Küche ist vorhanden jedoch sehr Klein. Wichtig zu wissen ist das dass Bad sehr klein ist und das WC umfunktionieren wird sobald mann Duschen will. Für uns war dies sehr ungewöhnlich, da wir dies nicht so erwartet haben.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was beautiful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, very easy to reach and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Net appartement en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Het was er ook lekker warm en opgeruimd. Nog wat persoonlijke tips voor de omgeving zou het perfect maken.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit netten Balkon und gemütlicher Ausstattung. Das Apartment liegt nah am Wasser für schöne Spaziergänge und in der Nähe von leckeren Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig entfernt von der direkten Innenstadt und daher nur mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Leider ist die nächste Haltestelle 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt.
