En fin lägenhet i fint läge i förhållande till Globenområdet, vilket var perfekt för vårt ändamål då en konsert på Tele2-Arena var vår vistelses höjdpunkt. Andreas är en bra och trevlig värd som svarar snabbt om man har någon fundering kring boendet. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och skulle absolut rekommendera detta boende.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The city center can be reached easily by the tram next to the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out.

I had a lovely moment at Elias’s place!The location is more than perfect - there are many cool shops/restaurants which makes your walking very fun and stimulating, and close to a metro station.The check-in procedure was a bit surprising one (I didn’t expect the key was at there!) but I could find it out with his clear instruction. When I have questions, Elias responded quickly and it helped me a lot.The apartment itself is so cozy and easy to settle in. I loved that modern Scandinavian style! There was just one night that outside people was very loud until after midnight (it was a payday Friday right before Halloween, so.) but the neighborhood is mostly quiet except for the night.At some nights I felt cold and couldn’t change the temperature due to their central heating system, but it turned out okay after I found a floor heating system tab in the kitchen for the small room and a heater in the storeroom for the bigger room.Overall, it was a great stay and I’d love to come back!

Cute little attic apartment in great location. Very clean, well equipped and Elias was very communicative. It’s not a problem for us but if you are sensitive to noise or light, bring an eye mask/plugs since the top floor has a big window without blind. We had a lovely stay, fully recommend!

Everything about the apartment is great. The only improvement could have been a little flexibility around check-in and check-out times. 4 pm check-in and 10 am check-out is not something I have experienced before.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen, matches the description perfectly and good transport links.

Very nice apartment, great location, near public transport, shops and a small park. Clean apartment, good bed, and handy kitchen etc. Toilet/ shower is as advertised, very small.

We loved Andreas’ apartment! Great location, right next to the metro. Lots of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. Two bedrooms were perfect for our group of 4.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is just as in the photos. The flat is spacious and tastefully decorated. It’s perfectly situated to discover Stockholm. We would definitely come back here.

Prima appartement op een locatie met voorzieningen in de buurt, en met zeer goede verbindingen naar centrum. En daar ben je ook in 20-25 minuten. In het apartement was voldoende aanwezig voor ontbijt en lunch. Het is met name geschikt om in de stad te eten. Sanitair en keuken waren voldoende tot goed. Verwacht niet teveel luxe. Een aanrader voor verblijf voor een paar dagen met goed weer in Stockholm.

Mooie ruimte, prima locatie. Alleen jammer dat we de bagage niet konden achterlaten na het uitchecken.

Eine schöne Altbauwohnung , jedoch nicht barrierefrei in guter Lage!

Appartement bien situé,proche de la station Metro Gardet . L’appartement était propre. Comme mentionné dans l’annonce la cuisine et la salle de bain sont effectivement très petites ainsi que la deuxième chambre.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy apartment. Excellent value for money and the perfect space for 2 people. The area is beautiful and peaceful with shops only a 10 minute walk away. The station was only 10 minutes walk away as well and so easy to get to the city centre. Will be sure to stay here again! Thanks so much ☺️
