We had a very enjoyable stay although we were not at home too often! Great location with all Gothenburg attractions at a maximum of 35 minutes walking distance. Check in is easy and Olof even accomodated an early check in at an additional fee. The apartment is generally clean and cozy, big bedroom and clean WC. Fully stocked kitchen as well for those who need to cook. Only negatives were: 1. There were lots of hair strains on the bed, on the pillows and on the floor. Not that it was unclean but seems that cleaners may be shedding hair. 2. Hairdryer was not available as per the ammenities. However, Olof fixed that and delivered one to our door. Overall, a good experience with minor hickups.

Ich kann das Apartment definitiv empfehlen. Schon der Eingang ist nicht eng, und für eine Person ist es geräumig. Ich habe teilweise am Schreibtisch am Computer gearbeitet oder gegessen. Mir gefiel die Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser. Die Lage ist toll im hippen Södermalm, und die Metro ist nah. Elias hat auf meine Fragen rasch reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Achtung, es braucht ein (aufgeladenes) Handy, um zur Haustüre reinzukommen. Es ist aber alles bestens erklärt.

Very good tenant, smooth communication. Nice apartment for a weekend. Can't comment about public transportations and connections as we didn't use them.Only drawback is the surroundings, there's a train station passing just below the apartment and a big train repair/maintenance shop close by. Overall highly suggested 👍

Very nice place to stay close to expo center! Also reasonable distance from the city centre. Clean and neat and very good price/quality ratio. Communication is very smooth.

Very nice appartement with golf location. The metro station is very close and no far drop the center of Stochkolm. Perfect for 8 people. Very warm and pleasant ! Good communication with the owner.

Nice house with so convenient location,it’s easy to go city center and enjoy a wonderful living there,restaurants,markets and bus/metro stations all close,it’s a good choice and I will back when I come in Stockholm again.

Nice but very small even for two guests let alone three. Not enough pillows or blankets for two. No salt and pepper to be found in kitchen, but kitchen well furnished otherwise.

Very beautiful place. Beautiful surroundings. Walkable distance markets and the city centre. It was worth every penny. Host is very supportive.

Olof was a really nice host, always responding very quickly and providing a lot of information about the property. We also really liked that we could enter the property with a door code not a key which made it very convenient to stay there with a group :)

Olof var en bra värd, det funkade smidigt, han svarade snabbt och vi hade inga problem under vistelsen.

A beautiful and modern apartment located in a quiet area close to the city centre. Fredrik’s place is well planned and equipped for a comfortable stay. Heading to the city centre is easy with the underground across the road. Several grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. Fredrik was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any queries. We had a super stay and can highly recommend this place when visiting Stockholm.

Positive: Wie simpel der Ablauf einfach war und wie gut die Lage des Apartments war. Der Coop ums Eck hat alles was man benötigt und die Gegend ist sehr sich und hat einen Bus direkt ins Zentrum.

We overall enjoyed our stay at Andreas's place. It was spacious enough for two and we had no issues calling Ubers or getting around, though the nearest train is 17 minutes away so something to be mindful of. Unfortunately when we checked in, none of the beds were made up so we had to do that ourselves, but Andreas was very apologetic and offered us a late checkout in exchange, which we appreciated. Overall I would recommend!
