Das Appartment ist modern, sauber und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Die Lage ist ruhig und man braucht nur kurz zur Bootstation von der man in ca 10 Minuten nach Gamla Stan braucht. Uns hat jedoch gestört, dass wenige Küchenutensilien verfügbar waren - wir hätten uns großes Besteck und gute Schneidemesser gewünscht! Ansonstens ein TOP Airbnb!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Olof. Nach kurzen Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In wurde sehr schnell auf unsere Nachricht reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Umgebung mit einem Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Vielen Dank :)

Très bon séjour dans le logement d’Elias. Il est très confortable et très bien placé. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

We had a wonderful two days staying in this apartment. It was small but very clean and had everything we needed. We found it harder to get the bus from the city, but once we had worked out the water bus (number 80 from Nybroplan or Djurgarden), it was extremely easy. There was a grocery shop just 12 minutes away (on foot) which was helpful too, and we enjoyed reading the history of Saltsjokvarn (which is very close).

Wir waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, für diesen Preis hat es für uns gut gepasst. Es hatte alles was wir für die 3 Tage brauchten.Es gab aber leider doch ein paar Dinge weshalb es nicht ganz für die 5 Sterne gereicht hat:- Ein paar Dinge waren defekt, war aber nicht schlimm.- Die Vorhänge schliessen nicht so gut, sodass es mir etwas zu hell war morgens.- Das Buchen der Unterkunft war etwas mühsam, da es sehr langwierig war. Ich musste mich zweimal zusätzlich verifizieren, obwohl ich mein Airbnbprofil extra vorher verifiziert habe und ich musste noch zusätzlich ein Formular ausfüllen. Das hat mich erst etwas abgeschreckt.Abgesehen davon war es sehr schön und ich kann es nur empfehlen wenn man günstig für ein paar Tage ein Zimmer sucht und nicht ins Hotel will.

The room was unfortunately much smaller than expected and definitely not convenient for four adults. There was barely enough space to open our luggage, and we had to move the table just to pull out the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable to sleep on. We were also surprised to find that we had to clear up the rubbish and linen ourselves at the end of our stay, which felt like a task we shouldn't have had to worry about. Overall, the space was cramped and didn't provide the level of comfort we were hoping for. Despite these issues, the host was very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and answering any questions we had promptly.

Alles in allem war es sehr gut und wir konnten die Zeit dort sehr genießen. Elias war stehts bemüht uns mit allen nötigen Informationen zu versorgen! Die Lage war sehr gut zu Fuß vom Zentrum erreichbar in 30 min. Nachteile: Das Haus war ein Altbau und hat stark geknarrt und gleichzeitig sind die Nachbarn wohl sehr laut. Dadurch hat man ein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn man sich Abends bewegt, weil man niemanden wecken will.Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich die Wohnung jeden ans Herz legen und ich würde sie immer wieder Buchen! Great, fresh, clean and spacious place to stay few minutes away from city center!Absolutely loved the wooden floor that has not produced ANY sound while we were staying there. Located just few commuter train stops from the centre, so, considering some amenities crucial for family vacation, was by far a better choice in comparison with similarly priced units that are closer to center!Check-in turned out to be a really nice quest for our kids. Did not get a chance to explore the neighborhood but really enjoyed the walk to and from the train station.Sad to see some interior design elements missing, but i’m sure there are reasons for it.

This was a nice stay in a great location! The apt was as posted. The host was communicative and friendly. The only things to keep in mind are that Friday and Saturday nights can be loud due to the busy location, the light switches were tricky at first (for an American) and the shower drains poorly. I would choose to stay here again in Stockholm!

We had a lovely stay at Elias’ place in Södermalm. The location was fantastic - quite yet close to everything. Elias gave clear instructions and communication, making sure everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and had all the basics needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice apartment in a nice area at Södermalm,This was a good place to stay in when you are visiting beautiful Stockholm during a weekend. Bedsheets and pillow case was lacking for one of the beds but after a quick reply from the host this was solved, which is a big plus. We walked to old town from the apartment. It is quite a walk (30-40min) but it was really nice getting to see the area.The only minus I would say is the lamps in the corridors to the entree of the apartment didn’t work. So when we arrived we had walk in a dark hallway to get to our door. This felt kind of scary and made us feel uneasy when we arrived at the Airbnb. But overall this was a good stay.

The description said: "Please note that this is one of many similar apartments. Slight variations in apartment layout and decoration can be expected."But by actually having multiple listings, one could think that "slight variations" are between the different listings and not one's final selection and what they actually get. So, we were a little surprised that after carefully selecting a particular apartment, we got a different one.To be fair, "Rest assured that they are all of the same quality and standard!" seems about right.We have spent 4 nights at Olof's place and we had a great time. The public transportation from this area is great. Bus 76 took us to almost every location we wanted to visit. We spent our breakfasts on the balcony, with birds singing around us in the last rays of summer.I definitely recommend the place and would visit again. And with the descriptions changed a tiny bit, Im sure no one else will have even a slight discomfort in the future.

Stor, og flott leilighet som var veldig ren og godt utstyrt. Gangavstand til sentrum. Lett å få svar fra verten når vi tok kontakt. Kommer gjerne tilbake flere ganger.
