Die Unterkunft war sehr gut für uns wie beschrieben, einziger Nachteil: das Licht im Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert bis auf die kleine Nachttischlampe. Die Wohnung war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und nur drei Metrohaltestellen vom Zentrum entfernt. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Great location and a decent studio apartment for the price. It's agency run so quite an impersonal experience with standardized messages from the host. I was provided with a single bed sized duvet for a double bed and just one small pillow. There was an extra, small completely formless pillow without a pillow case in the chest of drawers. Loose tiles on the kitchen floors and dead batteries in the TV remote (missing a lid). Bed was decently comfortable but the bed bench had feet that fell of if you tried to move it. The kitchen was small but well stocked with basic equipment. Bathroom was clean and in good shape with a properly sized shower. The key is kept in a lock box by a bike stand which seems a bit peculiar. Especially since others in the apartment building have their lock boxes hanging next to their apartment doors and you don't use the key to get into the building. You have to download an app for that but it worked without problems. Good deal but improvements could be made.

Gorgeous view from the 5th floor, good location, except grocery store is a bit far away. I paid 40e for cleaning but it was a bit dusty. And I was surprised when I read in instruction that in the end I need to take off linens, throw out the trash etc. Otherwise you’ll be charged an additional fee. In general, it’s a nice place to stay

I had a problem when I came to the place, but they dealt with the problem with respect, kindness and assistance. Thank yPositive: The place was excellent for the price, with outstanding cleanliness. The high level of safety is due to the well-organized system in place.Negative: There was no kettle in the kitchen, so one could not make tea or coffee, and the atmosphere in the rooms was really cold.

Estancia tranquila y agradable. Barrio bonito, con el lago cerca de la casa, perfecto para pasear y respirar cerca de la naturaleza. El alojamiento limpio, organizado y acogedor.

Everything was good

Beautiful clean apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. The bus and ferry are just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut. Nur einige Schritte vom Bootsableger. Das war unser Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt oder zur Insel Djurgarden, wo sich sehr viele Museen befinden, z.B. das ABBA- Museum oder das Vasa- Museum. In der 4. Etage hatten wir seitlichen Blick auf das Wasser. Als wir ankamen, war alles sehr sauber hergerichtet. Im Bad stand Duschbad und Shampoo zur Verfgung, in der Küche gab es Spülmittel und Wischtücher. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten alle notwendigen Informationen, um nach der Reise entspannt anzukommen. Die Betten waren weich. Das Appartement war auch schön warm, denn es wurde herbstlich und in der Nacht sehr kalt.Negative: Es wäre schön, wenn noch ein kleines Regal zur Ablage dagewesen wäre. Wir waren zu dritt und haben aus den Koffern gelebt. Dadurch wurde es ziemlich eng. Auch der Tisch war für drei Personen klein. Aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Unsere Einkäufe haben wir aus der Innenstadt mitgebracht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Auch auf dem Auziehsofa im Wohnzimmer schläft man ausgezeichnet. Ambiente sehr Skandinavisch. 😍
