Das Airbnb liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage in Södermalm. Die Wohnung scheint in einem Apartment-komplex zu liegen, dass in den Fluren eher einem Krankenhaus/ Gefängnis gleicht. Die Wohnung selber war aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das zweite Zimmer ist leider eine Abstellkammer ohne Fenster, das größere Schlafzimmer hingegen war sehr geräumig und freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist behindertengerecht und das Wasser in der Dusche sehr warm. Der Wohnkomplex ist derzeit in Umbau, deswegen gab es viel Lärm der Baustellen.Das Check-in/ Check-out war problemlos möglich und die Kommunikation sehr einfach.Für das Geld kann ich es empfehlen.

Fint boende och trevlig värd.

A lovely city apartment for the two of us, close to the train station and restaurants ( try Milos, the Greek place -- excellent food) and easy to get from here to other destinations. We walked a lot. A comfortable bed. The coffee hadn't been replenished so we bought some, and if you wanted to cook you'd need to buy some basic supplies like olive oil, for instance. But Frederik's place was perfect for our needs, and we appreciated his quick responses to questions. A great place for two. We'd certainly stay here again. Thank you, Frederik!

Het verblijf bij de studio is goed. Hij voldeed volledig aan de wensen. Alleen de badkamer was erg klein. Je moest op de wc gaan zitten om te kunnen douchen.

Lækker lejlighed til den pladskrævende familie.Og øen som lejligheden er beliggende på er hyggelig og har også både indkøbsmuligheder og mindst een god italiensk restaurant. Centrum kan nås med en buslinje hvilket fungerede fint for os.Eneste der trak lidt ned var, at man tydeligt mærker at lejligheden ikke er beboet normalt, og opleves ikke så personlig og hyggelig som at leje et privat beboet hjem.

This place was such a treasure! When we booked this, we were not aware that it was right in the middle of Gamla Stan, Stockholm's old town. Once you step outside, you are surrounded not only by excellent restaurants and shops, but also by historic buildings and cultural spots. It is also very close to a metro station and bus stops so you have no issues getting around the city. Fredrik was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy. The place was stocked with everything we needed. I also appreciated the simple gesture of having travel guidebooks for us to read, which helped me choose additional places to go to. Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here.

Prettig appartement, klein, maar alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. In de buurt twee leuke koffietentjes en lekker dichtbij de metro en twee supermarkten.

Great location as its only 3 mins walk to tram station which gets you to the train in the city. Room is clean and spacious. Host is responsive but somehow you feel that it was an AI responding to you as some answers were repeatedly similar Lol. It’s a business operations so there are rules and less flexibility on check in and check out times but can be arranged at a cost (about 400 SEK, almost a day’s rental rate) to have your bags kept in the room earlier or later. Regardless, for the room’s worth I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was easy to find and very clean. There is a parking garage across the street for 100 SEK per day. It is locked overnight. There are also parking spaces on the street. A good pizzeria and a supermarket are nearby, as well as a ferry stop that takes you to the center of Stockholm. The area around the accommodation is quiet, and I had a pleasant stay.

A true gem in Sodermalm! This apartment is in a great location. A short walking distance to great restaurants and the subway station. The apartment was clean and had all amenities needed.A great find!
