Convenient and cozy studio with table and small kitchen, wifi works just fine and access is easy and comfortable, only the shower/toilet is too small for a big person.

Decent place

Toilet paper was one roll for me and husband during our three days stay. The other opportunities are well. We had good commucation with Olof. It would be nice to have a water kettle in the apartment.

We stayed a few nights at Andreas place. The place is spacious and good size for 4 adults. The floor was quite dusty when we got in because we don't wear shoes inside the house but we found a vacuum. Self check-in process was fun it was like a quest but it was easy if you follow instructions. Location is not city centre but the bus stop is right outside. We never actually try to walk to train station as buses are running quite regularly to take us to train station. Grocery store only a block away and there's a pizza shop right next door in saying that it was quiet at night. Overall was a good stay at Andreas place. Highly recommended .

A great apartment in gamla stan. Very well equipped kitchen so cooking was easy. Lots of guide books to set us on our way! Washing machine and dishwasher all good. A very comfortable stay in Stockholm.

Eine richtig günstige Unterkunft in einer echt schönen Gegend. Die Wohnung ist nicht extrem groß aber für einen Städte Trip perfekt oder wenn man sie nur zum Schlafen nutzt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder

I read reviews from past guests about the host requiring guests to provide a security deposit and sign additional terms. I had reservations about booking this unit, but the terms were merely house rules and I wasn’t asked to pay a separate security deposit. Overall, check in was smooth besides this early concern. The host rents out multiple units in this building. If you want a view of the water, you should ask in advance. I was expecting a water view but instead we were looking into the trees. Each floor has two units facing the hill and four facing the water. The unit was beautiful and in a convenient location. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, frying pan. knives, sauce pot, cutting board, plates, glasses, and stove.

Good location. Peaceful and not too far from the city center by car or metro. Very clean place with plenty of room for 3 people

Wir hatten dank toller Lage der Unterkunft einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Stockholm! Leider war es bereits ein paar Grad zu kalt um tatsächlich die sehr nahegelegenen Bademöglichkeiten zu nutzen (bei der Traumaussicht hätte uns das sehe gereizt, vielleicht kommen wir das nächste Mal ein paar Wochen früher ^^)

Amazing location with easy transfer to the city by light rail. Especially for someone visiting Stockholm University or KTH for a limited time period this is an ideal stay.Some minor mixup at the check in was quickly and generously resolved, the support team was always very helpful and quick to respond.

Olof’s place was just as seen in the pictures; very nice clean and easily accessible. We were able to find everything we needed in the place. Everything was very cozy and comfortable. Great place to explore Stockholm.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants within a short walk and right next to the metro.

This is a great little space. It has everything you need as a base for exploring Stockholm. It’s in a friendly walkable neighbourhood with plenty of shops and places to eat. Both the bed and sofa bed are really comfortable, especially the sofa bed. The bathroom is all you need in a tiny apartment. Bonus: lovely views over rooftops. Andreas is quick to answer questions and everything really did work as he says it would. Definitely recommend.
