Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, eine Bushaltestelle ist unmittelbar vor der Tür und verbindet das Apartment direkt mit dem Stadtzentrum. Das Apartment war toll und wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Accommodation in a quiet area, clear instructions for entry, very clean and spacious.A few observations:The wifi didn’t work throughout our entire stay. Olof was attentive, but we couldn’t resolve the issue over the weekend.The fridge froze all our food, even though we set it to the highest temperature.The kitchen was equipped with the necessary but the pans didn’t work since they weren’t compatible with the induction stove.There were no kitchen towels, trash bags, a floor cloth, and a few extra towels would have been helpful. It’s not mentioned in the listing, but they charge for any additional items you request.This is more of a personal preference, but we found the bed uncomfortable—it sagged a lot, and we woke up with back pain every day.There were only two rolls of toilet paper available.

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Bus oder Schiff direkt vor der Tür ist man schnell mitten in Stockholm. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Un séjour très agréable.Positive: L’appartement est très bien placé proche des commerces et des transports en communs. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est très bien agencé. Nous avons passé une très bon séjour.Negative: Ce serait un plus d’avoir les toilettes séparés de la salle de bain surtout pour un groupe de 6 personnes.

Positive: Perfekt boende. Bra pris. Buss utanför om man inte ville gå in till Skanstull.Negative: Sängarna måste bytas ut. Matos från andra. Dålig ventilation. Luktar dåligt i korridoren. Synd för annars trevligt boende.

Für die Buchung musste noch einmal die Hausordung unterschrieben werden und ein Foto des Personalausweises hochgeladen. Finde ich mehr als seltsam. Vor allem den Ausweis einer fremden Person zu schicken. Man hat seine Identität ja schon bei Airbnb bestätigt. Das sollte reichen. Des Weiteren wurde aufgezählt was alles Strafe kostet. Beispielsweise, wenn man den Müll nicht selbst entsorgt oder das Bett abzieht. Im ganzen Haus und auch in der Wohnung hat es etwas unangenehm gerochen. Da Wasser bekanntermaßen nach unten läuft, hätte man diese Tatsache bei der Planung der Dusche berücksichtigen sollen. Das Wasser verteilt sich bis um die Toilette herum. Olof war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Apartment is at actually heart of the old town. Inside the apartment also very nice and cosy. If you want to spend your time in the old town or closest places, I recommend you to stay here.

Andrea's place was wonderful, just a 20-30 minute ride from Stockholm's city center, equipped with all the amenities you might need. It truly felt like home :)The check-in process was super easy, and Andrea was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

La zona en la que se encuentra es muy linda y tranquila, bien comunicado con Gamla Stan y transportes. El lugar se encuentra bien equipado, la habitación es cómoda, el baño amplio y la cocina tiene lo necesario para ser utilizada.
