Wir waren drei Mädels und wollten uns ein paar Tage in Stockholm umschauen. Das Apartment war klein, aber völlig ausreichend und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. In der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dort aus man in 30min ins Zentrum gelangen kann.

The space provided everything we needed. Easy to cook, shower, etc. Comfortable beds and couch.The neighborhood is a walker’s dream. As an older woman, I was so comfortable walking by myself at night.It’s a great place to have as an accommodating resource while visiting the city.

Area very good, with good bars, eating places and transport links. Apartment in beautiful old building. Very clean linen, towels etc, decor/paintwork a little bit ‘tired’, in need of a little TLC. Olof very responsive. Would happily stay again.

Great central location

The flat, and others in the building, are run as a business. So go elsewhere if you are looking for a cosy, welcoming home from home done through a friendly local host.Guests are required to go through rather fiddly checks and to take time to fill in forms, Given this, while communication for the most part was good, I was disappointed by the failure of communication on a couple of things:- I pre-arranged and paid for early check-in but, when just about to arrive at the property, an agent told me it was not possible to do early check in. This was rectified quickly but came as a surprise - In the form I was asked to complete after booking, I asked for two beds in separate rooms, but only one was made upThat apart. the flat was a good base in a quiet, conveniently located neighbourhood for a shoot I was doing in Stockholm. While the building itself was rather unprepossessing, the flat inside was nice - cosy and tastefully done up.

Good apartment in a quiet area with good public transport connections. It takes ~30 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. There is a bus stop nearby, but we preferred walking. We enjoyed starting the day at Lilla Caféet på Söder, just 7 minutes from the apartment. Across the street, there is a medium-sized shop where we could buy everything we needed, and on the other side, there’s a lovely riverside. The apartment was clean and matched the photos, with no strange smells in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was good. On Monday, we could hear some construction work, but it didn’t disturb us. We could also hear people passing in the corridor, but it was ok. Good value for money overall.The only thing that bothered us was the number of instructions before check-out and fees for everything—early/late check-in, forgetting to do something, etc. Other than that, the apartment and communication with the host were great.

This accommodation is very good. You don't have to go to the center to enjoy the beautiful river view, delicious restaurants and convenient transportation. My kids and I like it very much.

As always, the place is great value for money, tidy and quiet. There was a slight issue at check in, but Andreas was very communicative and everything resolved super quickly and seamlessly.

Grand studio avec une déco sympa. Emplacement idéal et calme, proche de tout à pieds ou en bus. Hôte super réactif et beaucoup d’instructions sont données pour bien nous accompagner durant notre séjour. C’est super. Il manque juste quelques photos peut être de la salle de bain et de la cuisine qui sont juste fonctionnels pour ne pas être surpris par leur simplicité qui diffèrent de la chambre.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert!Etwas problematisch fand ich zwei Punkte:1. Drei Nachrichten in den uns gegen Aufpreis früheres Anreisen und Check-In und Check-Out angeboten wurden, empfanden wir doch als zu aufdringlich.2. Neben der Standard Reinigung, wie z.B. Geschirr abwaschen und Müll rausbringende, was ich für selbstverständlich empfinde, mussten wir die Betten abziehen. An sich habe ich damit überhaupt kein Problem aber dafür gibt es doch eine Reinigungspauschale. Dazu noch wurde angemahnt, dass wenn man es nicht tut, eine weitere Gebühr auf uns zukommen würde!Das trübt leider das sehr positive Erlebnis in der Unterkunft. Im allgemeinen sind wir aber mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Elias zufrieden :)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, mit vielen schönen Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, jedoch recht spärlich und nicht von hoher Qualität. Auf den Fotos sah die Wohnung deutlich hochwertiger aus. Die Möbel waren größtenteils neuwertig, die Küche wirkte für uns jedoch alt und verwohnt.Ein großes Manko für uns war die Heizung, die für unseren Geschmack nicht ausrechend heizte. Im Oktober saßen wir abends mit Pullovern in der Wohnung und uns war kalt, trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizungsregler. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter brachte keine Abhilfe. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, das Parkett knarrte und das Bett war durchgelegen und quietschte. Die Zimmertüren ließen sich tlw. nicht schließen. Die Stühle in der Küche wackeln, ein Stuhl viel fast auseinander. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass die Dusche keinen Vorhang hatte, wodurch das gesamte Badezimmer nass wurde.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt hauptsächlich wegen der Lage ok.

We had a great time here! The place was spacious and decorated very cute. The kitchen was nice and had a balcony. The neighborhood was residential but felt safe and had a grocery store nearby. Overall we had a nice stay!
