Stress free check in, didn’t require any contact with the host during my whole stay. Beware the shower room is extremely small and there barely any room to move and the whole toilet etc gets wet. But I guess this is Scandinavian! Wasn’t a problem for me being slim, but if you’re a large person expect a squeeze! Clean throughout, (apart from the headboard?) and was pleased to have been provided with an iron, hairdryer etc and coffee. Comfortable bed, TV connected to wifi was a nice touch also. 10/15 minute walk to Gamla Stan, Would stay here again

Das Einchecken hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Bei Problemen und Nachfragen hat Andreas sofort reagiert. Es war alles ordentlich und sehr sauber. Wir waren zu Fünft unterwegs und mussten das Sofa und den ausziehbaren Sesseln nach unserer Ankunft noch aufbauen. Die Bettdecken waren jedoch schon bezogen. Die Wohnung liegt 1h zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Jedoch kann man direkt mit der Metro fahren (Einzelfahrt 4-5 Euro).

Very good stay at a peaceful but close located loft towards the center of Stockholm. Very peaceful, convenient and clean. Had everything we needed except for an extra towel or bedlinen. But the host was very communicative about this!Defintely would recommend.

Sadly the flat is not nearly as bright as shown on photos and actually gets very little natural light. The door to the bedroom is missing so there is no privacy. The kitchen & bathroom have no window or ventilation, and overall the flat does not feel very lived in. We felt it was a little expensive for what it was (sorry Olof!).

Excellent location right in the center and close to the Sea. Due to the main boats leaving nearby that was facilitating the visit of some of the best places in the city! Nice-cozy atmosphere inside and full-equipped. We enjoyed a lot and would love to come back one day!

The stay was amazing! Clean and comfortable beds. Easy walk to bus stop to get to the city

Eine kleine saubere Wohnung nicht weit weg von der Bahn ( 7-10 min zu Fuß).Ruhige Gegend. Alles bestens.Olof war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Outside is great - just around the corner of a busy street with lots of bars, restaurants and bakeries. But still peaceful though. A metro station is not far away. Inside - it had everything we needed - two beds and a kitchen (very small)

Très bon logement collé à la gare reliant le centre en 15 minutes et avec un excellent Wifi.Logement très propre et facile d'accès.

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas’s apartment! The flat was clean and as explained in the description! We had a great view from balcony to the canals. And we could also enjoy the sunsets from there! The flat is accessible in 20-25 min from the city center, which was totally fine for us! The only thing that could be better was the quality of the double bed! Anyways 5start for the price!

Clean, bright space with easy access and a fantastic location, Olof's place is a gem and they're great in communication. Would definitely stay here again in Stockholm.

Alles Top. Nur das Schlafzimmer hatt kein Fenster und daher ist es ziemlich stick, trotz offener Türe.

Öncelikle fredrik her zaman mesajlarımıza ve sorularımıza hemen dönüş sağladı ve çok yardımcı oldu. Ev çok harika dekore edilmişti vakit geçirmesi keyifliydi. 4 kişilik ailemle kaldım ve bir sorun yaşamadım. Ev metroya çok yakındı yolun karşısında bulunuyordu bu yüzden her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Merkezde bulunan durağa ise 2 durak mesafede. Yürüyerek de pek çok yere ulaşım mümkün. Evin bulunduğu konum çok merkezi olsa da gayet sessiz, temiz ve güvenli bir mahalleydi. Her şey çok güzeldi teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely space, peaceful area and great value for money

Estancia ideal en Södermalm, apartamento amplio y cómodo. Me sorprendió lo cómodo que es el sofá-cama, normalmente esto no es así. Cocina completa e interesante terraza. La nevera enfría muchísimo, ideal para tener bebidas frescas. odo genial y comunicación fluida con el anfitrión. Volvería a contratar el apartamento si volviera a Estocolmo.

We had a great stay at Fredrick’s apartment in Östermalm! It’s a great area, perfect launch point for exploring all of what Stockholm has to offer! We will definitely look in to booking here again if we find ourselves in Stockholm again!

We were 4, two adults and two kids, we went out early and came back late just for shower and sleep every day of our stay, and had a great stay. Apartment is exactly as described. We came from Arlanda airport with train to central station in down town and walked to the apartment. It was a nice, easy 45min walk and a great first time enjoying Stockholm. Bus and metro stations are near by as well as grocery store. Lots of small restaurants around. Recommend getting multi day (green) SL pass card for bus/metro/ferry boats to explore around.One of the elevators just didn't care for the code we got so had to use the other one all the time, but no big deal there for us. Everything else was spot on.
