El departamento se asemeja exactamente a las fotos, moderno , de muy buen gusto y cómodo. La zona con supers, restaurantes y cercana a los lugares de interés. Elias siempre al pendiente, excelente anfitrión.

This place was a great find! Affordable, close to the metro, and a supermarket nearby. It’s really quiet, and I had no problems getting in. The apartment was clean and cozy, felt really comfortable staying here.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage war super, man kommt innerhalb von 15 Minuten in die Stadt und die Haltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr einfach zu finden und die Beschreibungen vom Hauptbahnhof bis zu der Unterkunft haben zugetroffen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, hell und ausreichend Platz, da man meistens die Zeit unterwegs ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen sofort geantwortet, jedoch kamen keine wichtigen Fragen auf, da die Anweisungen sehr klar und sehr gut beschrieben wurden! Man hat keine Nachbarn gehört und es war generell sehr ruhig, also super zum ausruhen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung super gefallen und wir werden definitiv nochmal kommen! :)

We really enjoyed staying at Olaf’s place. The location was perfect for exploring the city, there is a market right accross the street, accesible via public transport. The place itself was clean and cosy. Would definetly recommend!

The place is lovely and in a great location. It was nice to stay in the old town, the trucks collecting glass bottles about 7am each day did wake me. The shower was a bit tricky to use. Olof was great and very quick to communicate with.

We had a great stay, good location and the place was very clean! Good for 2/3 people! Would stay here again.

Appartamento molto carino e ospitale.Letto e divano letto comodi e lenzuola/asciugamani puliti. Posizione ideale se si vuole stare vicino al centro in zona molto tranquilla.A 5 minuti a piedi si entra già in una delle zone più viva di Stoccolma. Inoltre in 10 minuti di auto (noi ci abbiamo messo 10 minuti con un po’ di traffico) si arriva nella zona più centrale. Volendo si può arrivare in centro facendo una bellissima passeggiata di circa 20/25 minuti tra i fantastici quartieri che offre la città. Consigliato assolutamente!

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment is very big and spacious, and it is nicely decorated. It was also thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The location is a 5 minute walk to a Metro stop with an amazing view of the water! It is located in a quiet pocket of Stockholm. It seems like this apartment is managed by a company and not an individual person because there were a lot of stock messages from the host with long lists of instructions and rules. I also had to do extra administrative tasks outside of Airbnb in order to book this place and was asked to submit documentation for any issues. This felt impersonal and like extra work to me. The host also reached out to me asking for a 5-star review, which is an immediate turn off for me.There is no TV, dishwasher, or washing machine in this apartment. The people living above the apartment sounded like they were stomping on the floor. I asked about the doors and was assured the doors were fixed. They were not; the doors are loud, squeaky, and hard to close.

A lovely apartment in a great area

Functional and clean apartment, reasonably short walk to the subway/shop, 15-20min trip into Central city. Lovely bathing area on the lake just 20 mins walk away, in a nature reserve. Decent communication and clear instructions.

The apartment is bigger than we expected and was lovely. We liked the little balcony overlooking the archipelago & the easy of getting to and from central Stockholm, with public transport only being about 10 minutes away. Andreas was good about communicating and we would definitely stay again.

Check-In rasch und einfach. Kommunikation top, Andreas hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Wohnung war sehr sauber, Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern. Betten sehr bequem, Wohnung sehr großzügig für 4 Personen perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Metro, die einen direkt ins Zentrum bringt (ca15min). Einzigen Mankos: - Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, man hört Lärm im Haus sowie von der Straße. - Bad eher eng, Dusche lässt Wasser durch, was etwas mühsam ist, da dann der Boden nass wird. - Man wird aufgefordert den Müll selber rausbringen. Die Beschreibung hierzu könnte präziser sein.

We enjoyed the stay. The area is very quiet. You are in 10min at the central station.

The airbnb was in a quiet, very lovely part of Stockholm. Felt very safe and the apartment was very spacious for its size and quiet and clean. 10 minute walk from the bus (which goes every 20 minutes or so into the city center) or the subway (again frequent trains heading into the city center). Would definately look to stay here again.

Great stay for five friends. The place is in good location and is clean and cosy. One small minus is that there’s no proper door in the third (smallest) bedroom and it’s next to kitchen. Another one was that the light was broken in the toilet however we managed with cell phone flashlight and using the toilet in the bathroom. There are a lot of rules and they’re been reminded of many times. That makes you feel a little less welcome. However communication with the host was friendly and overall the stay was good and everything worked out well.
