Schöne Lage, kleine Unterkunft also perfekt für ein bis zwei Personen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Very goodPositive: Superb location, we could easily commute into the inner city in 15 minutes via bus, boat or train. Also the location gave us the oppurtunity to take a 20 minute bus out the city to Hellasgarden - a beautiful lake - so I believe the location was the best thing about the property and should be advertised more.Negative: We had plenty of windows in our apartment. However, the views were of the ruin wall.

Nice Place, Olof seems to have a lot of Apartments and manages them automatically. Clean, everything works. Overall a great experience.

chouette séjour, très accessible en bus (55) et ferry (80) intérieur propre et conforme à la demande avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Notre hôte a été très réactif ce qui était top! (nous recommandons)

Thank you Andreas! Our stay at your place was wonderful. The area was really peaceful and stunning by the sea. People swim there so bring your swimming costume if you fancy an early fresh swim! There's plenty of space to walk or run around as well as some cute cafés and restaurants. A convenient store 5min away. We specially enjoyed the little heated patio. A very spacious and comfortable flat. We just wished there was a table cloth or some table mats at least as we were worried to stain the brand new wooden dining table. As well as more coat hangers. Basically just a bit more practical stuff... :)

Great stay. Will stay again in October

Vi var två vuxna som bodde i lägenheten i 3 nätter. Fin, enkel og ren lägenhet som ligger i ett lugnt område ca 4 minuters gångavstånd från Gärdet t-banestation. Vi kunde sova med öppet fönster utan att bli väckt av trafik etc.Sängen och sovsoffan var sköna att sova i (soffan lite hårdare än sängen). Köket innehöll det du behöver till enklare matlagning/frukost. Fin utgångspunkt när du skall upptäcka Stockholm och behöver ett lugnt sälle att koppla av på under kvällen/natten.

Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern entsprechend. Ich würde wieder diese Unterkunft buchen:)

It is located place in the center of Stockholm. Clean apartment with enough space if you’re a larger group. Easy check-in instructions and good communication from the host. I can totally recommend!

Leiligheten var som beskrevet. Vi hadde et fint opphold i 4 døgn. Olof var en vennlig vert som svarte raskt når vi tok kontakt. Anbefales!

Nice place, good communication and prompt answers, near to bus etc, good beds and equipped kitchen. Nice to be there.

Nice apartment with a lot of space and in a nice neighborhood. It was a really nice stay and the host was quick to answer any questions. It is not very easy to enter the apartment as you need to dial three codes, one for the entrance door, one for the elevator and one for the apartment. As my phone battery was low one day I was afraid not to get in. So keep your battery high

Olof's place was a great base for exploring Södermalm and Stockholm. It had everything you could ask for. Olof was very responsive and sent very informative messages to make the check in, stay and check out as easy as possible. The lock of the apartment is a bit confusing, but that's the only issue we had.Would definitely recommend. Thanks Olof!

La cuisine est peu équipée

Great location near water and restaurants in popular location in Södermalm. Easy to get in with just codes, which is great instead of having to handle keys. Very clear instructions for everything, like access to flat, wifi, etc. The flat is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Mostly flats like these on the floor we stayed in. As per description, there is no TV or microwave. Would be an improvement if this was also available. Especially a microwave. Would be happy to stay here again!

This was a perfect location to experience Stockholm just outside the bustle of Gamla Stan. Beautiful, active parks just steps away from the door. Bus was very close with the subway and ferry a short walk away. LOTS of restaurants, beer gardens, cafes and a market right on the corner. Very easy. Fun to watch locals from the balcony. Spotless inside with plenty of space for two people traveling.
