This particular apartment was in a very nice area of Södermalm with great restaurants. The apartment was clean and spotless with some nice touches but a few too many IKEA products for my liking! Have nothing negative to say other than that it's a bit tricky getting the hang of getting in and out as there are several codes to remember. Not great if you have had a few drinks! The messages seem to be automated and sometimes repetitive and annoying.

Logement à recommander! Le logement est bien équipé, proche de la mer et d’une jolie vue, bien décoré, tout cela pour un prix plus que démocratique. On se sent chez soi. Parfait pour les étudiants/groupes voulant visiter Stockholm à petit prix tout en confort. La distance avec le centre ne pose pas de réel problème car le quartier est bien desservi en bus.

Väldigt bra belägenhet i Linné. Enkelt att ta sig in, skönt att inte behöva ha nycklar. Bra information av värden. Ingenting att klaga på.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Lage zwar etwas abseits, aber gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll zum wohnen. Die Lage war auch gut ,eher ruhig aber man war in ca 15min mit dem Bus überall in der Innenstadt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt was von großem Vorteil ist. Von Außen ist das Gebäude leider nicht sehr schön und eher wie eine Klinik aufgebaut. Die Flure sind dementsprechend auch so, wenn man dann jedoch in die Wohnung kommt ist es sehr schön.

Very nice apartment with a good location in the center of Åre. I rented the apartment for my parents-in-law and they were extremely pleased with their stay.

The place was easy to find thanks to the instructions and it was only couple mins away from bus stops. The area seemed safe and it was very quiet.The host was very proactive; he helped quickly when it was needed late at night.

Le séjour était complet avec le logement proposé ( propre - bien situé ) . Je recommande vivement Olof !

Cosy, well equipped apartment in calm district, good reach with public transport. Good proactive communication by the host.

Great place, wonderful host. A little outside the city but right next to tram station and bus station. Also a couple walkable grocery stores.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Wszystkie instrukcje jasne, nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Mimo odległości od centrum miasta, dojazd jest bardzo dobry. Apartament nowoczesny i przestronny. Polecam.

Space is ok and as described except for that there is no dedicated work space in the apartment.Building looks cheap and everything seems basic but everything works well.Hot water supply was more than enough for the two of us. We dont like too hot showers though.Wi-fi didnt work. We reported problem to host, he said it will be fixed but it wasnt fixed for 3 nights (that's how long we stayed).

The place looked the same as the pictures, everything was perfect and we didn’t have any issues. Andreas sent all the instructions as well. The apartment is outside the center but we enjoyed the ferry that takes you to the center and the ferry stop is really close to the house

Hemos tenido una estancia agradable. El apartamento está bien ubicado para visitar Estocolmo.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stockholm verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, der Wohn-/Essbereich ist relativ groß. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Leider ist in einem der Schlafzimmer ein sehr kleines Bett, welches nur für eine Person gedacht ist. Die Küche- bzw. Ausstattung ist funktional, der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sehr groß. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gekocht, lediglich Snacks zubereitet, daher hat uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt zwei Balkone, der Kaffee am Morgen kann mit Morgensonne genossen werden.Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber funktional. Die Türklinke muss dringend repariert werden und es fehlt an einem großen Spiegel und eine bessere Beleuchtung im Bad. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Schlafgelegenheiten für 3 Personen ausgelegt sind, war es rundum eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Good location, near the station. Beds and pillows are comfortable. bathroom is quiet small, specially the laundry washer/dryer are also in the shower tub. dishwashing liquid and a sponge were missing in the kitchen. I would recommend this place for 4 people max.
