Cute little studio not far from townPositive: The building is beautiful and it’s the apartment is nicely decorated. Although it’s not in the centre, there is a bus that takes you directly into it and you can also catch a ferry from the harbour in front of the house. It’s a very quite neighbourhood and you can walk to the water promenade in 3 minutes. The apartment has a full kitchen and everything is new inside.Negative: The beds are not very confortable. They don’t have proper mattress but a topper on top of a bed structure. You have to remove your own linen and towel, before you leave. I’ve never seen anything like it before. You also need to wash any kitchen items you use (this is ok as there is a dishwasher)

Very proactive communication from the host with clear instructions on how to enter the apartment.The view from the apartment is fantastic and the walk into central Stockholm is through the parks and alongside the water is nice to do.

Very well located cozy appartement

El departamento es muy limpio, amplio y la ubicación es muy buena. Es una zona tranquila, todo igual que se ve en las fotos. Está en un barrio muy lindo. Está a menos de 10 minutos caminando hasta la estación de metro. Parece que el edificio es nuevo, y por lo tanto solo había un ascensor activo, que estaba muy lejos del apartamento, pero en general lo pasamos muy bien en Estocolmo y estuvimos muy cómodos en el apartamento.

Gute Unterkunft, recht gute Lage. Völlig ausreichend für ein paar Nächte.

This is a very cozy, quiet and overall just nice apartment. It's very easy to reach from the center of the city, and is located in a beautiful area. I'm really glad I spent my vacation at this apartment!

Prima appartement, niet persee heel groot, maar gezien de prijs was alles helemaal prima, zou het appartement zeker aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een goed wat simpeler appartement met een juiste prijs

Had a lovely 4 night stay at this property. Brilliantly located with easy access to the city centre via multiple modes of transport and also had a variety of bars restraunt’s and grocery shops right at your feet. Host was happy and helpful providing travel instructions and information about the property and its surroundings. Could not recommend enough.

Super consigliato per giovani coppie o per chi viaggia da solo per soggiorni di breve durata.Ottima posizione, nel centro della città vecchia di Stoccolma. Appartamento piccolo, ma molto accogliente e Ben attrezzato. Non c'è piano cottura, ma lascia a disposizione un fornelletto da campeggio e due piccole pentole e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per due persone. Divano letto molto piccolo per 2 persone, ma nel complesso comodo.Il bagno dalle foto sembra più grande e doccia e water sono uno sopra l'altro, ma comunque super gestibile e ben rialzata per non bagnare il resto della stanza. Qualità prezzo perfetta considerando la posizione e l'ottima condizione del condominio e dell'appartamento.

A very nice little place that has excellent links to the city with a nearby metro station. Local amenities were also very good and useful.The only negative I had was that the WiFi was not great and I had some trouble connecting and it struggled with even the simplest of tasks.Other than that, a really nice space that was exactly what I needed for the week.

Wir hatten ein paar gute Tage in Stockholm. Wohnung funktional, sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage, entweder mit Bus oder noch besser mit Fähre ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Wochenende um Stockholm rund um Gamla Stan zu erkunden: alles fußläufig erreichbar, Coop direkt vor der Haustüre und nid weit weg vom Wasser.Die Wohnung selbst ist mega toll, hat viel Flair und alleine der Boden, der auf einer Seite rund 1 Meter höher ist, macht schon was her. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Bett ganz bequem und alles, was man braucht, vorhanden.Etwas unangenehm war, dass die Zeiten der Buchung: Check-In ab 15:00 + Check-Out bis 11:00 nicht mit den Zeiten übereingestimmt haben, die Frederik in der Info-Nachricht kommuniziert hat. Darin war Check-In erst ab 16:00 möglich + Check-Out bereits um 10:00. Da wir unsere Reise entsprechend den gebuchten Zeiten geplant hatten, musste ich gefühlt „bitten“, bereits um 15:00 Uhr in die Wohnung zu dürfen. Frederik hat sich entschuldigt und erwähnt, dass es in der Vergangenheit „einige unglückliche Ereignisse“ gab.Ende gut, alles gut - bei rund 300 Öcken pro Nacht brauch ich das aber nid.

Great place to stay in Stockholm. Olaf was available when our code did not work to get us inside within moments. Nice area and very close to a shop.
