Very comfortable and clean apartment and great value for money. The host was very helpful (via phoneNegative: The location was a little further from the center than I had anticipated, however this is reflected in the price so it was very good value for money. Also, to access the building needed a key code, to access the elevators needed a key code and to access the apartment needed a key code. Some of the key pads were tricky and needed multiple attempts and occasionally we needed help from local residents.

Would come back again.Positive: Very clean, the location is great. Lovely variety of restaurants nearby, 15 minutes walk from the subway that will bring you to anywhere in Stockholm very fast. The studio is modern and the basics of what you need for a trip to Stockholm are there.

Ruhige Wohngegend, leider ohne kostenlose Parkplätze. Preise hier aber moderat, ganz im Gegensatz zu den Parkhäusern in der Innenstadt. Diese ist mit dem Bus ca. 30min. Zu erreichen. Leider kein funktionierendes Licht im Wohnzimmer, aber sonst gut ausgestattet.Von hier aus lässt sich Stockholm sehr entspannt erkunden.

Świetna jakoś do ceny naprawdę! Około 30min metrem od centrum co nie jest żadnym problemem, a okolica spokojna i przyjazna. Polecam całym sercem, apartament był piękny i schludny

Really nice flat that was in such a convenient location. The bathroom small as described, but easy to use. Elias is very responsive and helpful!

Our stay at Elias’ place met all our expectations. It’s a cute and comfortable apartment, well located in a neighborhood with many cozy cafes and close to public transport options.

AMAZING view of Stockholm, quiet neighborhood, modern & functional space. 7 min walk to public transportation (bus or boat). Appreciated the steamer & regular iron. Dishwasher did not work, frying pan not suitable for the induction stove - inconvienient, not a catastrophy. Andreas was always responsive & engaged via the chat.

Ein kleines Manko war, dass man nicht lüften konnte. Aber das Belüftungssystem hat gute Dienste geleistet, manchmal wäre halt direktes Lüften fein gewesen...Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden...

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der angenehm möblierten, sehr sauberen Wohnung. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt, Pendeltåg gut erreichbar. Supermarkt ca 500m.Die Gegend war auch nachts entspannt und wir konnten unter Auto sorglos an der Nebenstraße parken.Eine tolle Adresse, um Zeit in Stockholm zu verbringen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights at the apartment. It's a simple, well-managed apartment resembling a slightly-larger-than-standard hotel room with a small kitchen added. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Communication with the host is very fast, and we got all necessary information regarding the apartment, the check-in and the check-out proactively as well as accurate. Check-in and check-out you simply do on your own via instructions. Towels and soap were supplied and the kitchen was very well equipped, better than I've had yet with managed apartments like this one. The only thing we missed was at least some coffee on-site, but we understand there's a logistical overhead here, especially considering the price. Which is also the main attraction here. It's a solid stay, slightly out of town, but well connected via public transport, and considering how cheap it - virtually unmatched in Stockholm - it's hard not to recommend. Just don't expect luxury, and you're good staying here.

Casa perfetta per visitare Stoccolma: pulita, con arredamento nuovo e con tutto l’indispensabile.Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vista dalla casa e la zona: è una zona residenziale tranquilla ma in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata del traghetto 80 che porta con una fermata all’isola Djurgarden e con quella successiva in centro (Kungsträdgården).Comodo il self check-in e Andreas molto disponibile quando c’è stato bisogno.

The apartment is great and comfortable. We have been staying for 12 days. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, coffee and tee, detergents. The same is with the bathroom - all the necessary towels, shampoo etc., everything you need to live here. There is a bus station nearby, so it was easy to get to Stockholm city.Thank you Frederik, for your hospitality!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Andreas, trovandoci molto bene. Il monolocale è moderno e arredato in modo funzionale. La doccia ha una porta vetri così da non allagare il bagno durante l’uso. La cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario per preparare colazione e pasti (padelle, pentole, spatole…). La cucina dispone di frigorifero, lavastoglie, piano ad induzione e microonde. La vista che si gode sul canale è bellissima. Consiglio senza dubbio.

Tutto è andato bene, buon rapporto qualità prezzo in quella zona. L’unico problema sono stati i lavori di fronte al palazzo, che facevano moltissimo rumore dalle 7 del mattino, ma quello non è certamente colpa dell’ host

Barrio residencial agradable, bien comunicado con bus ( a 1 y 5 minutos) y metro (a 12 minutos). En isla céntrica. Alojamiento impecable, espacioso, limpio, bien amueblado.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s apartment. Firstly, Fredrik responded promptly to all enquiries and provided helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment from Stockholm city centre. Secondly, the apartment itself entirely matched the description - it was spotlessly clean and contained everything we required. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood which is extremely peaceful at night, so noise is not an issue. Although the apartment is on the island of Lidingo, it is very easy to get into the city centre. There is a tram stop a 2 minute walk from the apartment - the tram takes about 15 minutes to reach Ropsten railway station from where you can hop on a train to Central Station. The train journey is also about 15 minutes, so you can be in the city centre fairly quickly. However, we preferred to catch the ferry into the city centre from the ferry stop around the corner which takes about 45 minutes.
