This top floor apartment was picture perfect Scandinavian: pale wood floors, white walls and minimalistic, stylish decor. The skylights allowed for a great breeze and a view of the sky from bed. We loved staying there!

Overall, it was a good stay. Some thought went into planning the layout and utilizing limited space. The apartment is not cluttered; most of the furniture is not bulky and fits the apartment. The location and neighborhood are perfect. There's a large park nearby that goes to Djurgården. In about 12 minute walk or one station by bus number 57, there's a mall Fältöversten with two huge supermarkets: Hemköp Sabis Fältöversten and ICA Supermarket Fältöversten.The apartment is about 25 sqm with the main room being about 15 sqm. The twin bed is nice and big, but the sofa could be better. There were two of us and we felt cramped already. We had two big luggage and there was no place to place them open without being in the way. I don't think more than 2 people can comfortably stay here. Some of the dishes and cups were dirty.

Amazing place with great reachability using the SL ferry, beautiful view with a sunset (even when there was a big ship covering it for a few days :D) , the AC was working and the shower was fine, only a bit leaky but nothing bad. There were also clean utensils and plates, working microwave and all needed for a week stay. we also visited the nearby ICA for shopping. The only downside would be that the walls are thin, so we heard people walking or talking during the stay. Depending on who will stay next to you or above you, you might experience some noise. We also had some smudges on the window and in the kitchen, could be a bit tidier. Other than these small things the stay was perfect and we would choose this place again.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'alloggio era pulito e ben arredato, tutto nuovissimo. Molto spazioso e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata del bus che porta in centro è sotto casa. Di fronte presente anche un comodo supermercato. Ottima esperienza. Grazie Olof per l'ospitalità

We had a great time at this place. The description matches the reality.The place is located in the very center of Sundbyberg, right next to train, metro station and tram stop which is extremely convenient - you can go to the centre of Stockholm in about 15 minutes. The apartment was neat and clean and well-equipped, however the optimal amount of guests would probably be 2.The host was nice and helpful

Het appartement ligt in een heel gezellige buurt met winkeltjes, restaurants en vintage kleding. Je loopt zo naar de oude stad. Een heel ruim appartement!Een paar opmerkingen:Indeling voor vier personen beetje onpraktisch met een bed in de woonkamer en badkamer via de woonkamer. Verlichting schakelaars nogal onbegrijpelijk. Klein eethoekje met maar 3 stoelen

Wir haben uns in Elias Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und auch die Kommunikation mit Elias lief gut. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg, ist der Apartmentkomplex gut mit der Bahn verbunden. Nur Nachts wirkt die Gegend etwas verlassen.

El apartamento estaba en una ubicación única, en pleno casco histórico. Llegamos caminando a cualquier lugar. Una cantidad increíble de lugares para comer, comprar y cerca de absolutamente todo en el casco histórico de Estocolmo. El apartamento super increíble, lo único que le mejoraría es el servicio de WiFi, era lento y la ducha, por el resto del departamento todo un lujo. Las fotos muestran muy bien el apartamento. Otra cosa a destacar es la constante respuesta de Andreas, estuvo siempre disponible todos los días y en todo horario, siempre respondió y fue claro y preciso.Al volver a Estocolmo de seguro vuelvo a este departamento.

Majoittaja oli erittäin mukava ja vastasi todella nopeasti, oli valmis auttamaan. Sijainti oli todella hyvä, tosin vanhankaupungin ehkä vilkkaimmalla kadulla joten ääntä oli jonkun verran illalla/yöllä. Mutta muuten asunto oli kyllä todella hyvä. Kaunis miljöö ja siisti asunto!Kirjautumisen kanssa oli ongelmia sillä meillä oli väärät tiedot check-inin ja check-outin aikojen kanssa sillä ne olivat muuttuneen varauksen teon jälkeen. Tämä vähän sotki meidän aikatauluja. Mutta voin kuitenkin suositella kohdetta ja majoittajaa. Talo oli rauhallinen pois lukien kadulta tulevat äänet.

L’appartement, aménagé avec goût, est très bien situé à deux pas d’une sortie du métro. Il est aussi très facile de se rendre dans la vieille ville à pied ou par bus en 20 ou 30 minutes. Endroit très paisible à proximité de tous les types de commerce. Frederik a souvent communiqué avec nous pour s’assurer que tout était à notre convenance. Nous recommandons fortement.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with easy access to historical sites, cozy cafes, and delightful shops.The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Stockholm.

Awesome host and location

Very nice flat in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay there. We only got 1 towels first but asked Olof for more and he acted immediately and took care of our problem within 10 minutes. Public transportation is great at this area. We recommend this flat. :)

The place is lovely, well appointed and close to public transport. Also nice and quiet. Only one issue was with the shower attachment which hadn’t properly fixed to the wall and sadly wasn’t fixed before we left. Andreas was quick to respond to any requests.

Trevlig och praktisk lägenhet med bra läge.Bara mörkt vid angkomst sent på kvällen då utomhusbelysningen var släckt.
