Andreas’ place was perfect for my niece and me while we visited family in the area. The apartment is very clean and efficient. We love the neighborhood and spent our mornings in nearby Luxparken and cafe Pesso. (My niece even went paddle boarding from Luxparken.) The summertime ferry to Old Town is super convenient or you can take the 1 bus to town. As others have noted, the apartment is next to the highway and the surroundings are not like the photos in the listing. However, it’s a five-minute walk to shops, the park, etc. The Josefina road stops just before the apartment and you have to walk about 50 feet to the door. Very confusing at first.

J'ai beaucoup apprécier séjourner dans ce logement, légèrement excentré, mais qui permet de se rendre dans le centre ville en bateau. Très propre et bien aménagé.

Excellent, clean accommodation a bit outside of Stockholm. Perfect for 1-2 people.

The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We were five adult and three of us had to sleep in the living room in a bed and the sofa, that's the only con. There were some neighbors making noise at night. The apartment is a bit far from the center but well communicated with the metro.

Bellissimo appartamento, perfetto per due persone. Ci si sveglia con una vista stupenda sulla citta! Tante possibilità per spostarsi in centro (con barca o bus). Host molto reattivo, risponde molto velocemente. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Good location, clean and cozy apartment

Mysigt boende med väldigt nära både till bergen och byn. Värden Kims kommunikation var väldigt tydlig och fångade allt som behövdes för ett smidigt boende. Vid något tillfälle behövde vi hjälp och då responderade Kim snabbt och hjälpsamt. Vi återkommer gärna i framtiden!

le logement était très bien pour nos 5 nuits et profiter de Stockholm. métro à proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville (15-20min). calme.les petits - : la cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, manque un micro ondes, et des prises électriques mieux placées. le store, rideau ne permet pas d'avoir une occultation parfaite (en été,le soleil se lève tôt).

Fantastisk plads. Gode senge. Godt fungerende badeværelse. Køkkenet mangler brødrister. Da der ikke er frisk brød at få.. Var blevet lovet en kaffemaskine. Den så vi ikke. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke. Havde læst at den ikke virkede, men det er ikke noget der bliver prioriteret. Brugte stryge bræt som ekstra bord. Der mangler fralægger plads.. Savnede en affaldsspand på badeværelset. Savnede en kost. Og ja,- flot udsigt.

Estancia tranquila y ubicado cerca de transporte público y comercios.

Apartamento muy bien equipado en una zona muy tranquila. Está a unos minutos del centro de Estocolmo y tiene el transporte público prácticamente en la puerta, a 1 minuto andando. Muy limpio y cómodo. Andreas contesta rápido y da instrucciones claras y sencillas. Repetiremos!

Really liked staying in this apartment, lovely neighbourhood, and very nice host. Made sure everything was clear and that we didn’t have any questions :)

一切都很好，性价比很高，离车站很近，去哪里都方便，房间很大这更像一个公寓酒店，唯一的缺点就是没有吹风机

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas' Airbnb. The location was perfect for exploring the center of Stockholm. Bus stops are right around the corner, and the ferry terminal is just a 5-minute walk away. The building is well-maintained, and the elevator made it easy to bring our luggage to the top floor. The space itself was small, cozy, and very clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. Andreas was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return to this accommodation in the future.
