The location is relatively easy to reach by car. But it isn't easy to reach by foot with luggage because of a big slope. The apartment was easy to find, and I checked in quickly(It requires you to install an app). It was clean and tidy with enough space. The kitchen had all the equipment but was missing essential cooking items like oil, salt, pepper, and sugar(Something you usually get in any other Airbnbs). The apartment was more like a hotel than a homely feeling. The beds were very comfortable, and you get a fantastic view over Åre, especially with the sunset. I must say that there were a lot of rules in place. These rules are there for your safety but will cost a lot if you break them. There was a cleaning fee, but I still had to remove the trash and leave the towels on the floor.

A BEAUTIFUL apartment, centrally located, and kind, available hosts. I would highly recommend this stay, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway stop, 20 minute walk to old town, and near a ton of great bars and restaurants

I spent 5 nights solo in the apartment and had a fantastic time, the location is unbeatable! The apartment isn't luxury but the linens were nice, the towels big, and most importantly the bed and pillows very comfortable. I enjoyed the big TV, wifi was terrific, and a washer and dryer convenient. The bathroom space is the weakest feature and has been pointed out by other reviews. There's been some furniture changes from the photos but really about the same. Elias is a terrific and very responsive host, I had a problem trying to lock the door upon leaving and he was quick to answer and help. The location is perfect for exploring not only the Old Town but a short distance to the metro to quickly get anywhere in Stockholm, and the ferry close by to ride over to Djurgarden. I even rented a bike from Gamla Stan Cykel and zipped all around the islands. Tip: Walk around the flat part of Gamla Stan to/from the metro which is much easier for wheeling luggage. Great choice in Gamla Stan!

Perfect location, bus and metro nearby (would recommend getting the SL card to get around the city). Olof was a great host. Any issues were quickly dealt with. The apartment was perfectly clean with all modern amenities.I would definitely recommend. 👍🏻

I stayed at Olaf’s place for 4 nights. Everything was as expected. The apartment was spacious with all mod cons that you need for a short or even long term stay. The location was good, it’s near the waterway and some parks which are handy if you are into running. There are bus stops near the apartment and the metro station was 10 mins walk away. There’s a decent size supermarket 2 mins walk away which opens until 22:00, perfect for mini grocery shops. Nearest watering holes and eateries are within 10 mins walk. There are some constructions in the area/within the building but I wasn’t disturbed by the noise at all, it may be just luck. Bathroom is great with powerful shower. Don’t be put off by the “hospital feel” comments. It may be down to taste, but it is a purpose build apartment block and I suspect the inside is all the same. It felt homely for me. Would I come back again? Yes! But I would pray that I wouldn’t be disturbed by any noise.

My daughter and I had a nice stay. The flat and building are beautiful and spacious, and practical, though you can certainly feel that is used only for airbnb. Really nice location close to vasaparken, playgrounds, and restaurants and what else you might need.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, die Dusche war leider so konzipiert, dass das Bad nach dem Duschen sehr nass war. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht dafür ausgelegt, sich viel selbst zu kochen. Dafür, dass es nur ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment ist, ist der Preis etwas hoch.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neuwertig, sehr sauber, für zwei Personen ausreichend, geht aber auch zu viert. Sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden und man ist schnell in Stockholm City.

The apartment was clean and lovely, but it was a bit smaller than we anticipated when we booked it, especially since we were four adults, including three men who are 2 meters tall. Other than that, everything was great.

Prima appartement in een rustige woonwijk. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Andreas verloopt snel en netjes. Het metro station is op loopafstand en brengt je in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Stockholm. Zeker een aanrader.
