My wife and I spent 3 nights at Elias's place in August. The location is great; it's a quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the city via Kristineberg station (metro) or the bus stop. Both are just a few minutes walk away. We also found the co-op supermarket by Kristineberg station really helpful after a day out. We enjoyed our time in Stockholm and the apartment was clean and had the things that we needed. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. Elias made sure we had all the information we needed. Thank you!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in historischem Gebäude. Ausstattung modern und sehr stilvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Generally the place is as expected and according to description. Tidy, neat, clean , spacious, modern and suitable for couple. I like the 2 storey loft style but it would not be quite suitable for elderly or travellers with young kids. Fredrik was quite responsive to my query as at first there was some confusion on how to retrieve the key and self check-in despite clear instruction. It would be a plus point if we could have met the host at check-in and also give a bit of orientation of the place. The bed is queen side which may be more suitable for couple travellers than friend. Otherwise we quite satisfied with the place and location

De woning is helemaal top. De keukenuitrusting is mager. Goede messen en bekers waren er niet veel.Tijdens de aankomst kregen we wificode. Deze werkte 2 dagen. Probleem werd niet opgelost. En toen kregen we ineens te horen dat WiFi niet inbegrepen was. Supermarkt en bushalte in de buurt.

Le logement est bien situé, tout proche du centre-ville, dans un quartier très calme. Le logement comporte une seule pièce, de dimension très petite. Le coin cuisine était plutôt bien équipée avec le minimum nécessaire. Les toilettes - salle de bain, sont vraiment le point faible, trop petit, même si il est impossible de les aménager différemment. Le lit mériterait un matelas plus confortable, surtout pour plusieurs nuits sur place.

Helle und schöne Altbauwohnung mit Charme. Toll ist die Aussicht, direkt aufs Wasser. Super erschlossen mit dem ÖV. Man ist in 20 Min. mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Gegenstände des alltäglichen Gebrauchs wie Geschirrtücher und Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit einem kleinen, älteren Lift ausgestattet, was hilfreich ist, da die Wohnung in der 5. Etage ist. Im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes wurden von Fredrik ein paar zusätzliche Informationen zu uns als Gästen angefragt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung ist gross und geräumig. Es hat alles was man benötigt für einen Wochenaufenthalt. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser. Der Bus zum Bahnhof/ Zentrum fährt 2 Minuten von der Wohnung weg. Wenn man einkaufen geht am besten am Bahnhof.

I had a nice stay at this flat. it is very well located, in a calm neighbourhood close to town center. The flat itself does not have the charm of a place where someone would live in yearly, but it is very functional. Just note that the second bedroom is very small.

Lägenheten på Kungsholmen som vi bodde i tre dygn var perfekt för vår familj på fem. Lägenheten var välstädad och såg ut precis som på bilderna. Vi körde bil till Stockholm och det fanns alltid parkering utanför. Kan verkligen rekommendera Andreas som värd och kan tänka mig att hyra samma lägenhet igen.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet bra beläget nära stationen och sjön. Negativt var tröga dörrar, smutsig ugn och att kommunikationen inte var personlig utan upplevdes AI-genererad och ibland felaktig. Men överlag var det toppen.

Appartement bien situé à 10´du centre-ville de Stockholm par métro ou voiture. Appartement fidèle à la description. Très bon choix pour une famille de quatre. Il faut tout même savoir que l’appartement donne sur une autoroute à fort trafic, donc bruyant lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Zeer mooi appartement. Ideaal om de stad te verkennen.

Relatively quiet building complex, nice area close to supermarket, the canals and a park. There's a bus stop 1 minute from the apartment complex where a bus takes you straight to city center. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 ppl and have all needed commodities.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment. It was perfect for our family, as it had everything we needed. Sleeping on the sofa was surprisingly comfortable. The location was great, as it’s in a quiet area but still just a 30-minute walk to the city center if you enjoy walking, so there's no need for the metro. It’s only about a 7-minute walk to the metro station and grocery store. There’s also a large forest or park nearby that I highly recommend visiting; we saw so much wildlife there. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return myself.

Erge centrale ligging, metro en supermarkt om de hoek. Ook veel restaurants.

Appartement au calme et bien situé dans un quartier avec commerces de proximité et restaurants. Accès aux différents sites touristiques facile par métro et bus (stations proches de l’appartement). Logement agréable pour un sejour de quelques jours à Stockholm.

Fredrik is a very nice host always helpful to answer any questions, very quiet and nice location, I will stay again if we comeback to Stockholm
