We really enjoyed our stay at Olof's appartment. It was small, but had everything we needed and was furnished in a very pretty way. We instantly felt at home and would recommend this appartment to other travellers!

Spent 5 days with mother and partner so 3 people total. The place is advertised to sleep 4 which technically it can but may not be suitable for 4 adults. Place was neat and tidy, a little smaller than I had expected but had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. We were able to cook, and the apartment is centrally located. Could benefit from a long length mirror and a TV perhaps, otherwise, we can't complain. Decent, central apartment with basic essentials. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. This apartment was exactly what we wanted for our trip to Stockholm - spacious enough to spend a few days as a family, close to groceries and public transportation, fully equipped but not cluttered. We were welcomed by a pristinely cleaned space. We were provided with linens and towels and the kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals. We hope to be back next summer!

Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige buurt in volle ontwikkeling, 10 minuutjes van de metro, boven een Coop met een mooi aanbod. Een goede uitvalsbasis om Stockholm te verkennen; we hebben een paar restaurants dichtbij bezocht en waren zeer blij met het lekker eten. We waren er met onze 2 tieners en de ruimte was voldoende groot voor een verblijf van een paar dagen.

Good accommodation for a stay in Stockholm.

Vi boede 3 i den dejlige lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over vandet. I kort gåafstand var der et dejligt havnebad, som vi flittigt brugte. Området er stille og meget rart at færdes i. Masser af natur og man kan gå ind til centrum på under en time. Man skal være opmærksom på at der ikke er dør mellem soverum og stuen. Det var dig ikke noget problem for os.

Great stay at Andreas’ little apartment. Very central so many of the attractions are nearby. He was very good at communicating and always ready to help. He checked in with us upon arrival and departure. There is also a TV which is a big plus. The shower is indeed very small as described however, please note that the shower is essentially above the toilet. We personally didn’t mind because it did the job but if you are looking for maximum comfort, you should be aware. That didn’t subtract from our stay, except that the water leaked a bit outside of the bathroom especially if you’re taking two showers consecutively.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Stockholm! Es war alles, wie beschrieben. Laut E-Mail sollte es kein WLAN geben, aber das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Schade, dass es keine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln gab, aber das wurde auch vorher gesagt. Das Bad ist etwas klein und anfangs stößt man sich etwas (1,78m). Die Küche ist schön, alles wichtige war vorhanden.

Un logement pratique et efficace qui a l'avantage d'etre accessible en 20 minutes par le bus 1 et d'etre sur une ile calme et tranquille. Un balade a proximité permet de se promener tranquillement en soirée et meme de se baigner complément d'accord avec les commentaires précédents : trop petit et non adapté pour 4 adultes mais avec 2 enfants ca passe. le logement comprend le strict minimum pour 4 (4 couteaux, 4 assiettes, 4 fourchettes,...) et manque un peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine. Ne prevoyez que des plats basiques et faciles.

Très bon séjour, un appartement fonctionnel bien équipé, facile pour aller au centre en bus ou train. Idéal avec enfants car un grand parc de jeux à côté. Stockholm est à visiter et via ce logement nous avons pu rayonner sans souci. Merci à Elias.

Professionally managed.Overall good experience and company made reasonable efforts to correct any issues we raised. 5 stars was earned by them. As discussed, I believe the description of the unit would benefit from more details about the unevenness of the common area stairs leading up to the unit and the slope of the floors (for mobility-impaired persons), the very limited hot water when compared to the maximum sleep capacity, and the appliances (in particular, the dishwasher) should have very basic instructions included. Including this here to assist other travelers but have also requested the description to be updated by the management company for future travelers. Worthwhile and highly valuable stay on Gamla Stan with these factors in mind!

The flat is located in a good area, well server by bus, close to city center and all attractions. Modern and functional. Andreas reacted to our requests very quickly. A good supermarket in the area. Absolutely recommended.

The place is conveniently located right next to tram and bus stop with easy & direct connections to both city centre & airport. All the groceries and restaurants are nearby. Outside traffic noise is bit of a concern but noise doesn’t bother when i get into sleep mode. We stayed for about a week and it was a good experience all in all.
