Really enjoyed my stay in this small but charming apartment in central Stockholm. While the space is compact, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained. While the apartment shares the entrance/ hallway with another apartment, I didn’t hear my neighbors or was bothered by any noise. The location is fantastic, with plenty of trendy restaurants, cozy cafes, and lively bars just around the corner on Odengatan/ Birger Jarlsgatan. I particularly enjoyed being so close to a couple of lovely parks, which was perfect for a morning walk. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth. Overall, a great option for a short stay in the heart of the city.

c'est plutôt un appart-hotel ; l'équipement est correct mais juste le strict minimum (pas de sel poivre etc.). sinon c'est propre et bien situé et la literie correcte (Ikea).

Andreas was super responsive and helpful. The place is perfect, great location and like a two minute walk from the metro stop into the city. We loved it. My only small little complaint is there’s only a few channels on the tv and you can’t connect Chromecast because the wifi is a shared WiFi so if you want to watch movies I’d just suggest bringing a laptop or something. But it was super cozy and I would 10/10 stay here again. And I would definitely recommend to others as well.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unseren Stockholmaufenthalt gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top, natürlich fahren ab und zu Züge vorbei, dafür ist man aber auch top angebunden und in 25 Minuten mit den Öffis in der Altstadt Stockholms. Das Apartment ist super modern ausgestattet.

Veldig fint, perfekt for en helg med venner eller familie. Kort avstand fra sentrum, rent og pent.

Una settimana a StoccolmaPositive: L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a sole 4 fermate di metro dal centro e con tutti i servizi facili da raggiungere. La disposizione delle stanze è funzionale. Il letto è molto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Il metodo di ingresso con i vari codici è un po' difficile da capire all'inizio ma poi ci si fa l'abitudine.

Pontus var en supervärd!Svarade fånigt snabbt och löste galant de spörsmål vi hade. Boendet i sig var väl städat, bra utrustat kök, sköna sängar och löjligt nära till Downhillbacken (100m). Går inte att bo närmare backen än så, dessutom kommer man direkt ut i spåret och ner till liften. Något lyhört, men inget som störde vid läggdags. Prisvärt!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Stockholm. Mit dem Auto konnten wir in der Nähe des Gebäudes für 150 Kronen pro Tag parken und es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der U-Bahn Station, die einen direkt in die Innenstadt bringt. Der Check-In war super einfach und Elias hat alle notwendigen Informationen direkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Auch außreichend Platz, falls man über einen längeren Zeitraum bleiben möchte. Wir würden wiederkommen! :)

Das Cottage sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden vorab informiert, dass die Waschmaschine defekt ist und der Gastgeber hat uns die Wahl gelassen, ob wir die Buchung bestätigen möchten oder nicht, was wir sehr zuvorkommend fanden.

Wir waren für knapp eine Woche in der Unterkunft und die Unterkunft ist super für den günstigen Preis. Allerdings war nebenan eine Baustelle, die sehr laut war und teilweise der Boden stark vibriert hat. Ansonsten war alles okay.

Good place to stay

En mycket trevlig och prisvärd lägenhet med fint läge. Utsikten från vardagsrummet är toppen. Modernt inredd. Dock upplever jag att det var väldigt opersonlig kommunikation. Alla meddelanden var automatiska. Frågor kring syfte av resan uppkom 3 gånger.Det kändes inte okej att krav på ytterligare id-handlingar krävs (som inte ingår i Airbnbs standard) EFTER genomförd och betald bokning, som heller inte är återbetalningsbar. Efter bekräftad bokning framkom att besökare inte fick vistas i lägenheten utan godkännande av värden. I lägenhetsinformationen stod att brandlarmet är ”mycket känsligt” vilket tråkigt nog gjorde att vi inte vågade utnyttja braskamin och bastu. Vid utlösning av larm utgår en straffavgift på 6000kr. Alla dessa regler o villkor kändes lite stötande.Överlag finns det inget att klaga på av lägenheten i sig!

Hostitel byl velice milý, jen škoda, že v ubytování bylo zbytečně moc dekorací, ale chyběli praktické věci, například vybavení koupelny.

Logement est conforme à la description. Il est un peu excentré cependant il y a plusieurs solutions pour aller dans tout les quartiers aux alentours de façons direct et rapide. La vue fait aussi très plaisir.

Nice place. Perfect for a few days. Good location and good price

This was a perfect studio for one or two adults. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful but also easy accessible and walkable to the metro. Flat is on the top (4th) floor with lovely view of the rooftop and sky. Highly recommended, would return again!
