This is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a pleasant part of Stockholm. We had a few minor issues (missing light bulbs and extension cord, an incomprehensible fold-out love seat, no paper towel) and one major one (no wife info, then wifi with such a weak signal it only worked from one corner of the kitchen. We alerted Andreas and he responded, yet nothing was done about anything except giving a second wifi network, even weaker than the first one. Seems odd for a guy managing 91 listings, or maybe that’s the problem?

The flat is in an apartment building with multiple flats for commercial purposes, seems like an airbnb apartment hotel. The location is great, easy access and instructions for self check in. The flat is neat and nicely furnished, the kitchen is small and with limited equipment for cooking. The basics are there though. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no window in the bedroom, so we had to keep the door open between the bedroom and living room/kitchen for ventilation. But other than that we had a great stay!

Nice appartement well located

L'alloggio è come descritto. Considerando le dimensioni del bagno consiglierei di aggiungere una lavatrice. La TV non è indispensabile ma per trattenere i bambini potrebbe essere utile.

Ubicado en una isla muy tranquila, con muy buena comunicación con todo el centro de Estocolmo y con metro y tren a través de T Centralen. Es una casa amplia, que nosotros ocupamos con 5 personas, pero tiene capacidad para 6. Muy buena limpieza. Muy bien dotada para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. Habitaciones amplias y suficientes con suficientes armarios con huecos para dejar las pertenencias. Dada la climatología, no necesitamos hacer uso de la calefacción. El wc funcionó perfectamente, así como el cuarto de ducha. Los estores de las ventanas pueden ocultar la luz exterior. Única deficiencia, manchas en casi todos los colchones, tapadas por las sábanas que los cubren. Correctos los edredones aunque en tiempo frío quizá se queden un poco escasos de abrigo. Conectividad perfecta. Nos fue imposible conectar la TV, quizá por impericia nuestra. Gracias al anfitrión. Es recomendable el alojamiento y por nuestra parte, deseando volver a ir.

Wonderful stay.

It was an amazing experience! Beautiful apartment, comfortable conditions. Easy to get to the center, good location. All questions were answered. We had no problems, except: there was no kettle in the room, which was inconvenient. Would love to live here again, thank you!

SUper!Positive: Mega Einrichtung und auch die Lage war gut.Negative: Es fehlte lediglich ein Stöpsel für die Kuchenspüle, aber sonst war alles da!

很大很宽敞的房子

Ideal location—just a 10-minute walk to Gamlestads and close to restaurants, bars, parks, and public transportation. Despite the central location, it’s quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for short stays. However, it's not ideal for working stays as WiFi isn’t included, which is quite unusual. The bathroom layout is also challenging, with the shower positioned directly over the sink and toilet. Bed is comfortable and everything was clean.

Enkel incheck, rent o fräscht, väl utrustad lägenhet och bra läge. Rekommenderas!

Bon emplacement pour découvrir Stockholm. Un immeuble plein d’AirnBnB avec un peu de bruit du à des travaux mais sinon ça répond au besoin.

The apartment is small but functional and well furnished. Very quiet area. Very convenient for buses and ferries. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Great place in a great area, though the house was missing some basics in the kitchen like salt,spices,coffee etc

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s house.It is a good small apartment, well equipped and convenient. Very luminous and quiet place. There is a very little bathroom that in the end it works fine.The check out time was a little early for us although the instructions were clear from the beginning.
