it's the tird time I used his studio since last year and it was still as good as I would expect! The most responsive host, most reasonable price! Very private room for guests and easy to get to the Central areas. I can't help but recommend this Stiudo considering many circumstances!Just one note, there are other guests around and they somewhat could not fit ur mood or expectations during your stay. Nothing much to worry about but can be good to be kept in mind beforehand :)Above all, this studio is definitely worth it!Thank you for the good accomodation!

Lugar tranquilo, acogedor, muy lindo. La vista era hermosa, para ir sin coche queda un poco lejos. Pero todo lo demás excelente, muy moderna la habitación, tenía de todo, una tecnología excepcional. Me encantó hospedarme ahí

Nice place in a quiet part of Stockholm.

The apartement was very clean, beds were excellent and the couch where the kids slept was better than in the hotels. It was a bit complicated to get in to the apartement, but the dicretions Olof gave us were good. He is a professional host, so there is no personality to the apartement, but that didn’t bother us. Money well spent!

Alloggio situato al piano terra con affaccio sul giardino interno del condominio. Dotato dei servizi essenziali, molto silenzioso, pulito. Comodo alla fermata metro, vicino a zona pedonale con presenti molti bar e ristoranti. Contro: bagno e cucina molto piccoli.

Great location and very close to public transportation. Had just the right amount of kitchen supplies for us to make a few meals at home. Would recommend for anyone coming to Stockholm for a few days!

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Södermalm, easy to get there by bus from central train station. Good wi-fi, so "workation" is absolutely possible. There are several places to eat and a supermarket nearby.Construction work was under the window of the apartment, as it is stated in the description, but weekend was quiet.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schön ist es mit dem Boot ins Zentrum zu fahren.

I and my family really liked this place! The apartment is very clean, well-equipped (also with towels and bed linen) and well-designed. The location was perfect, just by Sundbyberg Torg, metro, bus and tram station. Shops and restaurants are just round the corner.Andreas was very helpful as a host. We got clear instructions about checking in and checking out in advance.In general, our experience was very good and I can recommend this place to everyone!

Andreas place was perfect! It was so clean & cozy! Perfect for 2 people!! It was a 5 min walk to the train located in a cute suburb. When we come back to Stockholm I would definitely stay here again.

Alles gut, wie beschrieben. Unter anderem sehr gute Betten, bequeme Matratzen.

Emplacement agréable, logement propre. Le seul bémol serait le fait que les toilettes soient littéralement dans la douche. Niveau rapport qualité-prix, c’est un peu onéreux nous avons trouvé. Mais sinon, endroit parfait pour dormir.

Ideal location if you want to spend a few days in Stockholm and you need to park your car. Very close to public transport to reach Stockholm (Centralen) in 15-20 mins.The flat itself is very nice and clean. I did not get to meet Andrea in person but the instructions he sent were clear to reach the place and use the wifi, for example. I did not have to ask him anything special while I was there.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to atockholm but want peace and quiet. it was also great to take a day trip out to Vaxholm. Just be prepared to pre-book a taxi if you have an early flight, since Bolt and Uber aren't super reliable at 4am
