Huoneisto vastasi odotuksia, ikävä kyllä joku oli vienyt sängyn jalan ruuvin mukanansa. Harmillista, mutta toivottavasti se saadaan pian kuntoon. Alue on todella ihanan rauhallinen ja asunto oikein kivasti sisustettu! 😊

I highly recommend this modern and clean studio with a good location in a pleasant residential area and an excellent seafront view. Good communication with host and smooth check-in.

Space was clean, easy to access and in a perfect location

Very efficient process on every stage - check in, communication during the stay, check out. The place is exactly as described, it is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped and convenient to use. The location is absolutely perfect - very quiet, beautiful and modern area, convenient transportation.

Le logement était très bien, propre, clair et etait équipé d'une grande salle de bain avec beaucoup de place pour poser les affaires. Une des chambres n'avait pas de fenêtres mais nous avons laissé la porte ouverte et ouvert une fenêtre au salon.L'appartement était très bien situé pour nous car nous avions des connaissances qui vivaient non loin de là. Nous pouvions donc être chez eux en quelques minutes à pied. Il y a également un arrêt de bus tout près lorsqu'on voulait aller au centre.Ce fut un très bon séjour.Merci à Olof pour sa gentilesse et ses réponses rapides et claires.

Schöne Unterkunft auf Kungsholmen. Wir waren immer mit den Mieträdern von Moviride unterwegs, da sich die Wohnung lediglich 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt befindet. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Wohnung genossen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ottima esperienza

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren alles in allem ganz zufrieden. Die Kommunikation lief perfekt und ging schnell, die Lage war für uns auch super. Das Stadtzentrum kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man Lust auf einen kleinen Spaziergang hat. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Krankenhaus/Ärztehaus und ist daher vom Ambiente nicht wirklich ansprechend. In der Wohnung selbst merkt man es nur am Badezimmer. Am Haus selbst wird derzeit gebaut, das war vom Lärm etwas unangenehm. Zum Glück waren wir zu Midsommar da, da wurden wir größtenteils verschont. Die Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber, es war sehr staubig, hinter den Vorhängen lagen noch Gegenstände der Vormieter. Im Badezimmer hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen und es fehlte an Stauraum bzw. Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir hatten aber grundsätzlich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Mit Blick auf den Preis kann man da auch nicht viel meckern.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est propre, bien décoré et bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et proche de toute commodités. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Elias is really helpful regarding check in. There are plenty of car park around the place. Even though the building is a bit far from the city but the place was really beautiful and modern with a nice view of lake and surrounding living area. You can even swim in front of the building! btw Italian pizza Ponte along the lake is also great. totally recommend!

Andreas place was just as described, in a nice neighborhood close to the metro station and the city centre. It is fully equipped for cooking and spacious enough for 4 people.The self check-in was easy and Andreas was responsive.

nice place, good spot in the city

Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Stockholm ist mit einer Fähre (Entfernung zur Fähre ca. 450m) in ca. 55 min erreichbar oder mit Fähre und Metro in ca. 40 min. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die täglichen Fahrten nach Stockholm genossen. Bei einem neuen Besuch in Stockholm wäre diese Unterkunft unsere bevorzugte Adresse.

Andreas is a great host. He keeps and maintains a nice place to stay. Walkable distance to the conference center, and many options for walking around, and easy to get to Stockholm downtown.

Cosy and private place in an area of Stockholm with very beautiful surroundings and close to the water. You are very close to what could be described as the inner city of Stockholm yet you are on a seperate small island with it´s own characteristics.

Wonderful location with top service from hosts! We recommend this depending on your budget. Apartment is two long flights of stairs so be aware of that. Otherwise, you won’t go wrong as a tourist staying here!
