My 8 year old daughter and I sincerely enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s abode. The apartment itself was light, bright and airy - it felt so good to come back to after a day of exploring the city. The proximity was prime and central to great restaurants, bakeries, parks, bus lines and extremely walkable. We are excited to return in the future!

Myself and two colleagues stayed at Andreas' place for a week while at a conference at Stockholmsmässan. The apartment was exactly as described/photographed, a very convenient 10 min walk from the conference venue, and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station with a direct train into Stockholm city centre. The apartment had all the items necessary for a comfortable stay, with facilities to make food and do laundry, if needed. Andreas was very communicative and replied to messages quickly.

Jättebra. Återkommer gärna!Positive: Fin lägenhet. Bra läge men lite längre till tunnelbanan.Negative: Hissen som strulade lite. Balkongen var tråkig.

Positive: Hinta-laatu -suhde hyvä, siisti ja tilava majoituspaikka.Negative: Kaipasin tiskiharjaa ja mikroa. Lisäksi ekana päivänä kannettiin tavat ja pyörät kierreportaita kolme kerrosta, koska hissi ei toiminut. Kuultiin myöhemmin, että toisaalla oleva hissi toimii. Oltiin siis aluksi tultu väärästä ovesta sisään (oli vaikeaa myös löytää ovi rakennuksen sisälle), tai kyllä sieltäkin huoneeseen pääsi, mutta tosiaan ehjä hissi oli toisessa rapussa.

we had a very nice and peaceful time at Fredrik's apartment. there is plenty of space, and it's quite cool in the summer. the area is super quiet: residential with a few cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket all within a few minutes walk. we were looking for somewhere peaceful, green, and by the water - one would have thought it hard to find this within 15 mins bus ride of central Stockholm, but this made it very easy!

Très bon emplacement. Appartement agréable, je recommande.

Жила в данной квартире 3 дня. Квартира понравилась, чистая, светлая, со всеми удобствами. Рядом не большой парк, магазины находятся не далеко, тихий и чистый район. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечал на сообщения. Единственный минус это отсутствие стиральной машины, остальное все есть. Очень благодарим хозяина, если будет еще возможность приехать в Стокгольм обязательно остановимся у него. Спасибо

Nice place with walking distance to public transportation and groceries However no ventilation which made sleeping at night very uncomfortable and difficult during the hot summer days, even after leaving the balcony door open.

we resided at this place for three nights. Due to the accurate checking in instructions we got in very easily at 1 am. The whole apartment was clean and spotless and we had everything we needed. facilities in the kitchen were OK except the electrical issue with tow burners of 4-burner stove which caused the main power cutting off, and we reported this issue to Olof.

Çok temiz ve güzel bir ortamdı , yakınlarında market olması çok iyi oldu. Trenle gelenler içinde , istasyona çok yakın olmadı güzel bir alternatif. Biz sadece ocağı çalıştırma konusunda sorun yaşadık , Biz sorunu çözmek istemediğimizde ev sahibi bize kullanım talimatı gönderdi, ama ocak hiçbir şekilde çalışmadı. Bende daha fazla uğraşmadım ve dışarıda yemek işlerimizi çözdüm , ama ev sahibi ile uzun süreli iletişim kurduğunuz da çözülebilir belki.

Taip pat yra lyginimo lenta ir lygintuvas.Aiškios atvykimo instrukcijos ir patogus bekontaktis atvykimas.Švarūs ir patogūs patalai, tik labai keistai nustebino tai, kad reikėjo patiems apsivilkti patalynę ir prieš išvykstant ją nuvilkti.

Really great location, the studio is small but really well designed so everything fits and was wonderful to have a kitchen. We did find it very warm inside due to the lack of air conditioning but we happened to be there during one of the hottest weeks of summer so assume this wouldn’t usually be a problem!

Just like in the pictures. The building is a hospital, which was weird first. The place was just like the photos. Comfy bed and more then enough pillows etc. No basic ingredients in the kitchen but equipment yes. A grocery store in other other side of the street was a plus. 2min walk to the sea side walk. There were some issues during the stay, but they were handled well, communication was quick and I got a compensation.

Great place to stay, easy access to public transport (tram and ferry). I think would be better in the winter as it is located right next to the tracks so less noise if all the doors are closed. Now in the summer it was nice to open up all the doors but the tracks were incredibly noisy and too hot to close all the doors while sleeping.Other than that it was a great place, you get exactly what is described.
