Huset ligger sentralt og er rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Man finner det meste man trenger i nærheten. Olof er svært kommunikativ og svarer raskt på alle spørsmål.

Clean and well appointed room, located in a great area very close to the water. As others have noted, this is one unit in a large building that seems designed as an assisted living home or similar with multiple codes to enter. It was easy enough to navigate by following the instructions. Hallways are a bit dark during the evenings. Note that there are several questions to answer before checking in so plan for those, host is responsive. Some reviews mentioned construction noise, but in the area of the building we were in at least we didn’t find this to be an issue.

What was needed for people who only use the location to sleep and rest

We had a great stay here over midsommar. Public transport is closeby and the room is nicely decorated. Unfortunately the lift didn't work during the entire duration of our stay.

We loved our stay - however taken down a star as the bathroom smelt like a bad drain. It was most unpleasant, especially as a welcome to the flat! We moved to reed diffuser in to try get rid of the smell, but it did take a day to leave. Other than that, a gorgeous place and a brilliant location!

This place is a pleasant 20-minute walk from the main area. You could take the metro, but the platforms are quite confusing, so we opted to walk or use a scooter. The apartment is lovely but located deep inside the building. This means you'll need to get off on the 5th floor, walk down a corridor, and take the stairs to reach the unit. Moving luggage can be a bit of a struggle initially. However, the house is beautiful, and its location is excellent, surrounded by superb restaurants and a comfortable 20-minute walk to the main area. We didn't use the kitchen appliances as their operation was unclear.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Old Town! We struggled to sleep with the long days and thin curtains, but otherwise it was super convenient and a cool apartment to experience. Thank you for having us!

Trevlig lägenhet, ren och fin. Mycket bra läge! Trevligt område på söder med mataffär tvärs över torget och nära till tunnelbanan. Minus att hissen inte fungerade under vår vistelse.

Great apartment, very clean and nice decor. We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get into town with public transportation. Communication with host was easy and helpful. Only thing that would have been nice would be if the shower had a curtain, so the water doesn’t splash everywhere.

Freundliche Kommunikation, Probleme die vereinzelt auftraten (so etwas passiert) wurden schnell behoben.wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können Olof als Vermieter weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Olaf. L’appartement est super bien situé, le centre ville est accessible à pied et très rapidement avec les transports en commun.L’appartement était très propre !Seulement un micro-ondes peut être à rajouter pour que l’appartement soit parfait ;)L’hôte est très réactif !En bref, un super séjours en Suède !

Wir haben zu dritt ein verlängertes Wochenende in Stockholm verbracht. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Für drei Personen ist sie jedoch im Sommer ungeeignet, da der Wohnbereich (Schlafsofa) nicht abgedunkelt werden kann und es die ganze Nacht hell ist. selbst mit Augenmaske ist es schwierig in den Tiefschlaf zu kommen.Alles weitere war top.
