The place looks exactly like the pictures and it’s a very clean apartment.The only suggestion I will make is there should be a Television for entertainment and Iron for customers use. The hot water never runs out on me.But I will always go there again and again.

Wir hatten einen tollen, zehntägigen Aufenthalt im AirBnB von Andreas!Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, die Anbindung mit Bahn/Bus und dem Pendelboot sind aber super und können zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und zugleich mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas verlief reibungslos und er als Gastgeber war mit allen wichtigen Infos zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! :)

Lagom stor lägenhet för 2 vuxna och 2 mindre barn. Bra med mataffär och busshållplats utanför lägenheten.

Perfect fall out base for visiting Stockholm

it is the perfect location for a citytrip. very quite place but also near restaurants and pubs and the metro is closeby as well. ideal to go to the city centre as well. the appartment itself is small but good. small bathroom and kitchen but it is enough unless you want to cook big meals

Everything was as expected, very clean, comfortable beds, quite area, just 10 min walk to train station

We had a great time at Olofs apartment. It looks like the pictures and was quite cosy. The kitchen was functional and everything was very clean. The neighbourhood is nice, close to Sofo and a lot of restaurants and coffeehouses. The building is a bit weird, but the apartment was nice and we can recommend it!

Eine schöne Unterkunft, in der Nähe vom Herzen von Stockholm. Der mit dem E-Roller in 15 super zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir fanden es am Anfang super umständlich, dass man für alles einen Code braucht. Zuerst um überhaupt in den Eingangsbereich zu kommen, dann braucht man einen im Fahrstuhl, um auf seine Etage zu kommen und dann wieder einen für die Wohnung. Da die Wohnung aber gemütlich und gut zu erreichen ist, kann man diese gut buchen! :)

We had an excellent 6 night stay as a couple with a baby (rented our own travel crib) - we liked having the kitchen as a separate room to put the baby to sleep in, and brought blackout curtains to darken the room from the summer sun and next door bar's neon sign. Beautiful view of the neighborhood and very clean. The location is the best for those wanting to walk a lot - it is so close to the metro, lots of cafes, and shops. Some things to note - the shower is very small for an average adult, and also there are several flights of stairs to walk up or a very small old elevator. There were a few hoops to jump through before staying, and entry access is through an app, but overall fine!

Lovely spacious apartment with pretty views over the water. Clean, uncluttered, easy to get around. A short 4 stop subway ride (15 min) into central Stockholm. Peaceful, quiet. Perfect for our group of 8 even though we shared 1 shower :)

Loved staying here. The studio is beautiful, with lots of natural light and well decorated. Bed is very comfy. The bathroom is super nice with a full shower and plenty of hot water. There are lots of great shops and food within walking distance, as well as the metro. The apartment had everything we needed with essentials and such. It was quite warm so we had the windows open at night, and because of that we heard a lot of loud street noise through the night. With the windows closed, though, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. I just mention this because I am a light sleeper and this info can be helpful when looking for a place to book. :) It was a really great place to stay in Stockholm :)

Excelente comunicación con Andreas y las recomendaciones que nos dio fueron muy buenas, todo lo que decía del alojamiento fue cierto y nos sentimos muy bien durante este tiempo en el departamento

Tolle Wohnung. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei umnin die Stadt zu kommen! Zu Fuß wäre es etwas lang gewesen. Es gibt aber auch einen Bus.

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento impecable y vistas indescriptibles.

Lovely apartment

While the shared breezeway and courtyard seem to need a bit of a touchup/cleanup, the apartment itself is great. Easy to access, clean, spacious, lots of natural light but also blackout curtains for long summer days, 7 minute walk to Liseberg, and only 5 to several different tram/bus spots and walkable to Avenyn and the Scandinavium(3 minute walk), lots of restaurants nearby. Pullout couch was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Really good experience overall.

Bra och mycket fin lägenhet. Begränsad utsikt då den låg med fönster mot berget och vägen.Åre är fantastisk som ort med mycket att göra och ett bra restaurangutbud.

it was quite comfortable, well managed space to stay up to 4, especially free parking was the best for us and it is walking distance to big willys and max burger. we can prefer to visit again.
