Das Studio ist klein aber sauber und es war sogar der Wasserkocher da nach dem ich gefragt hatte. Die kleine Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Toaster würde die Küchenausstattung komplettieren.

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und waren auch diesmal super zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend und auch sonst war alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Logement impeccable et fidèle à la description. Emplacement idéal, accès au centre ville facile. Nombreuses commodités à proximité. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Самий головний плюс цієї квартири -це розташування, до метро 2 хвилини. У нас рейс з був о 8 ранку з аеропорта Скавста, ми окрім таксі (100€) нічим не могли виїхати. Квартира мало функціональна, немає пральної машини, телевізора, стола для прийому їжі. Диван не змогли розкласти, речі немає де посушити. Нам не сподобалося. Ця квартира не кощтує своїх грошей. Хозяїн дуже приємний, але рекомендувати не буду.

Gemütliche Wohnung etwa 15min.vom Zentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in der Stadt und in die Umgebung. Supermärkte, Cafés und Bistros in kürzester Entfernung. Küche mit Grundausstattung. Super für 4 Personen!Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist im Dachgeschoss eines Privathauses. Sie liegt nur wenige Minuten von der S-Bahn Station entfernt. Man fährt bis zur Station Slussen ca. 14 Minuten. In der Nähe der Wohnung sind auch Supermärkte sowie eine super Pizzaria (Sorrento). Die Küche ist allerdings auch so gut ausgestattet, dass man kochen kann, wenn man will. Wir haben die Wohnung genommen, weil wir einen Parkplatz brauchten und würden immer wieder kommen.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est comme sur les photos : propre et fonctionnel, joliment décoré. Proche d'arrêts de bus, tramway, et metro à 800 m, le centre ville est à 15 mn.Le canapé convertible est très grand et confortable. Donc un peu moins de place dans la pièce de vie si besoin de l'utiliser. Le logement est au 2eme étage sans ascenseur.Nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet appartement avec plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage à Stockholm.Andreas est très réactif et propose toujours des solutions aux demandes. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, großzügig geschnitten und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Das Gebäude ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, war wohl vorher ein Krankenhaus. Die Umgebung hat uns dafür sehr gut gefallen!

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed the location.

Fredrick’s apartment is lovely, and right in the heart of Gamla Stan. So close to everything, including metro. He was a gracious host and very responsive. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you, don’t underestimate the stairs! But if that isn’t a concern I highly recommend!

Bright, lovely place, close to public transport and food. Bathroom area can get a little wet due to no shower door, but it seems to be a feature of the Swedes. Enjoyed it overall!

Nous avons apprécié les réponses rapides et claires de Elias, l'appartement lumineux ainsi que le quartier avec ses nombreux restaurants.

The accommodation was as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy reach of the metro. You can shop at the Coop or Ica maxi. The soft mattress in the bed didn't suit us at all, but that's more of an individual problem, we are used to a harder one. The instructions for the accommodation were clear and everything went smoothly. If we have a trip, we will definitely be happy to stay again.

Very good location to do some sightseeing in Stockholm, easy journey to the centre in 15 min and 5 min walk to the station max.Flat is clean and overlooks a road with tramway but not noisy considering its proximity to the tramway line. Andreas was very responsive to all our queries.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location. Olof and his staff were responsive and reached out via phone right away when I encountered issues. Comfy beds, modern decor and very clean. Perfect for a short stay as the kitchen is a bit primitive for the long term. The entrance is not very welcoming as there is construction happening, including the elevators which did not function during our whole stay.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, fussläufig ist viel zu erreichen und der Stadtteil sehr schön. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief prompt und problemlos.Die Küchenausrüstung war völlig ausreichend. Das Bad sehr klein, aber ok.Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen!

Logement très agréable, propre, bien situé.Le petit plus serait tout de même d'avoir des éléments dans la cuisine restant, papier aluminium, poivre sel...Cela éviterait de devoir racheter et laisser sur place en partant.

Very clean and pretty space, the rooms are spacious and simplistic. The instructions for checking in were easy to follow and were convenient as the lockbox was near the apartment. Transport was really close by, walking distance.The host was really responsive and helpful. The TV doesn’t have many channels or the ability to connect to a phone to screen cast so using it is pointless.
