We stayed a week in Andreas appartement and absolutely loved it. The location is superb. Easy access to restaurants, cafés and bakeries.

While just outside the city center, accessing public transport was convenient for our family of three, including our 2-year-old. Buses and trains were readily available, making it easy to explore various attractions. A nearby bus stop provided quick access to the supermarket, while a pleasant 10-minute stroll led to another stop for trips downtown. Our toddler particularly enjoyed the water taxi, offering scenic views of the pier. The apartment was clean and spacious, with basic amenities and a cozy interior. However, during the summer, the lack of AC or a fan made the nights uncomfortably warm. Note that there's a flight of stairs to the main door, though an elevator is available once inside. Upon arrival, the elevator was out of service, causing inconvenience with luggage. It would have been helpful if the host had notified us beforehand. Despite this hiccup, the location and neighborhood were great for our stay.

Der Aufenthalt in Andreas Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hin kommt, um Stockholm zu erkunden. Andreas hat schnell und freundlich auf alle Anfragen geantwortet und Probleme (das W-LAN funktionierte zunächst nicht) schnellstmöglich behoben. Alle benötigten Infos für Check-In und Check-Out wurden frühzeitig, unkompliziert und ausführlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer Stockholm erkunden möchte, ist in dieser Unterkunft gut aufgehoben. 👍

L’appartamento è molto carino; la camera da letto, però, è un po’ piccola ed essendo stato in un periodo in cui faceva caldo, nonostante fosse l’inizio di giugno, abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta aperta anche se nell’altra stanza c’era un’altra persona.Molto carino e utile il terrazzo proprio di fronte all’appartamento che abbiamo sfruttato in più occasioni.

Kurzum: Direkt unter dem Balkon befand sich eine große Baustelle für eine zukünftige U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Der damit verbundene Lärm war so stark, dass wir zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr morgens die Wohnung verlassen mussten. Dieses öffentliche Projekt, dessen Lärm schon in örtlichen Zeitungen besprochen wurde, hätte Olof bekannt sein und vor der Buchung angekündigt werden müssen. Wir können daher nur 3 Sterne vergeben.Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Vermutlich sehr ruhig ohne Baustelle. Trotzdem ist der öffentliche Nahverkehr sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung befinden sich direkt ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein sympathisches Konzerthaus und ein herausragendes libanesisches Restaurant, unbedingte Empfehlung!Ohne Baustelle sicherlich eine tolle Möglichkeit in Södermalm zu übernachten.

Appartement fonctionnel et agréable situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité du métro. Équipement suffisant. Pas de vraies fenêtres mais des ouvertures sur le toit ... dommage ! Supplément demandé (35€) pour conserver l appartement 2h de plus.

Great location and comfortable apartment!

Perfect location with restaurants and bakery nearby, also great for getting around Stockholm. My husband and I stayed with our young 20s daughter. I read other reviews about the noise from the bar below, so this was not a surprise. I used a noisemaker app and that helped.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, auch als es ein Problem mit dem Toilettenschloss gab.Schöne, sehr praktische Lage. Balkon sehr angenehm. Bad ist klein. Insgesamt Wohnung platzoptimiert geschnitten und wenig Platz, etwas zu verräumen. Haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Andreas reagiert bei Fragen umgehend, freundlich und sehr kompetent.

Positive: It's a really comfortable, pretty and quiet place, has everything you might need, has enough space for 2, easy access, has a supermarket nearbyNegative: The location might be a bit far from the center (not a big deal during the day but for a night return might be far by walk), could use better blinds because sunrise is really early, the elevator doesn't work at night

Everything according to expectation except that after booking there is a lot of private information requested (such as social media aliases) that seems excessive and invasive. Otherwise great apartment in walkable location to major public transportation.

The place is as described and as photos.Great location as there are good eateries around and walkable distance to super market like ICA and Coop.Check-in was smooth and as described in the instruction.Only con - the shower curtain could be better or could even be replaced by a glass door.Overall, amazing and a pleasant stay.I totally recommend this place!
