ive stayed at olof's other properties, he is always so helpful and kind. my place in skanstull was spacious and clean, good area, and walkable to the t-bana.

It was a great apartment to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Very good location! Close to public transportation and walking distance to shops and local restaurants. Would recommend this place. Olof was also great host to have. Although, I did not meet him in person he was very fast at replying and the communication always went smoothly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in Nacka, just a short boat ride away from Stockholm city center. The location is fantastic, offering both the tranquility of being near the water and the convenience of being close to the city.The apartment itself is modern and stylish, with huge windows that offer stunning views of the water. It was a delight to wake up each morning to such a beautiful sight. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.The host provided very detailed and clear instructions for getting into the room, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene yet conveniently located stay near Stockholm. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place - about 15 mins outside city. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. No A/C but we made do with opening windows.

A great place and quite close to the metro line. There is a small pond nearby where you could just walk around and get your feet wet and refreshed in the cool water.The apartment was located on the top floor and had amazing view of the waterbody infront. The beds were really soft and the sofa bed was quite big and comfy as well. The bathroom was very clean. The balcony was amazing where you can sit in the long evenings and enjoy the sunset.Andreas was very friendly and suggested easy way to get to the apartment from the airport. There is also a Stockholm local bus train combination which you can use with the public transport ticket without any extra cost that takes you to the apartment.

Great apartment and I loved the location

Fijne plek op super locatie! De accommodatie voldeed aan onze verwachting al merk je wel dat het een van de vele verhuurde plekken uit de stad is waar weinig persoonlijke touch aan te vinden is. Desondanks een fijne, ruime en lichte plek van waaruit je SoFo en de rest van de stad makkelijk kunt bezoeken.

The location cannot be better! We loved everything about our stay!

This is a large, bright apartment with a lovely water view. 10 minute walk to the metro (supermarket across the road) and 10 minutes to Central Train station.There is an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom but otherwise the apartment is clean and comfortable. Clear instructions for self entry. Andreas communicated quickly when necessary.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location with many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood (I would highly recommend Herman's, which has a spectacular view across the water - especially at sunset). There's a Co-Op right across the road from the apartment, which is very handy. Easy to navigate around the city via Metro, buses - and we also took the ferry. Thank you, Olof for a lovely, stay!

Overall It was a great stay. The kitchen provided everything you could need when not wanting to eat out all the time. The space was clean and spacious enough even when using it with 4 people. It was a nice quiet area with a very short distance to the next bus stop. Can totally recommend!

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation sehr gut und die ganze Wohnung blitzsauber. Dialoge ist sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb, aber die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Olof was a great host who communicated with us thoroughly before and during the trip! If we had any questions, Olof was very quick to respond and help, and even provided us with very helpful recommendations for restaurants in the area! The location is also good - Ubers are easy enough to get to Stockholm centre too from the apartment. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It has a nice little balcony, was clean and stylish. The rest of the building isn’t as lovely but the apartment makes up for it. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful, just as in photos and a great location to explore Stockholm from. Elias was a good host- very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Positive: it was so nice! the location is great that you could take 55 and 80 easily. The view is wonderful, you could see the sea by the window. And the room is clean and quiet! That’s so nice!!

Positive: Bardzo dobry kontakt z włascicielem. Bezproblemowy check-in i check-out. Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, dobrze skomunikowany z centrum.

Positive: Perfect location with awesome playground in park righ next to the apartment (kids loved it). Skanstull metro is like 10 minutes of walking and you can find there many good restaurants/bistros (Ringvägen street). The apartment was clean and nice, we enjoyed it.Negative: Recuring early check-in and late check-out offers which was a bit annoying.
