Πολυ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής, βρήκαμε τον χώρο πεντακάθαρο, τοποθεσία τελεια, πήγαμε παντού με τα ποδια χωρίς κανένα μεταφορικό, ο Elias πολυ βοηθητικός. Να το προτιμήσετε!!(Το μπάνιο πολυ μικρό αλλά το περιμέναμε αφού ο χώρος έμοιαζε με τις φωτογραφίες).

The area was very peaceful and the city was easy reachable by little boat in 5 min walking distance. It takes 5 minutes to go to Museums island or 10 min to city center. It was also easy to reach the apartment by bus no. 53 from the Central station. The apartment itself was as it was described in its promo. A new architecture in old ruin premises, beautifully equipped and very clean. It had all you need for a comfortable stay. In 10-15 min walking distance there is a new living area which hosts shops and cafes, and beautiful waterfronts to walk around. Andreas was very detailed with all instructions and information. It was very easy to communicate with him. We would highly recommend this place for everybody who wants to enjoy Stockholm without a busy city din.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Joliment décoré. Très zen.Magnifique vue sur le lac. Par contre, la salle de bains mérite quelques petits travaux de rénovation car l’eau de la douche s’écoule dans toute la pièce, ce qui rend le sol assez glissant et un peu dangereux. De plus il y a 2 énormes machine à laver qui occupent la moitié de la pièce. Et surtout elles sont branchées et l’eau de la douche passe en dessous, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant.Autres petits details , il n’y a pas de seche cheveux. Un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas. La literie du lit superposée n’est pas très confortable pour un adulte.Par contre, Andreas est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages.L’appartement est sur une ile tranquille, pas beaucoup de restaurants à côté, mais à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la station Kristenberg, donc très facile de se deplacer dans des endroits plus animés.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I had a great stay at Andrea’s rental in Stockholm. I received all the instructions and had a smooth check in with little issues. When we did have an issue, Andrea’s had quick responses and was very helpful. Only two small things was parking would be helpful to have as the roads around the area and restrictions are very confusing and can easily get a ticket if not parked correctly. Also the pillows are quite small and soft but other than this the place was very clean and tidy. Had loads of amenities and was very good for the value and great links to the city. Will be staying here again!

Apartament bardzo ładny i czysty, dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Dodatkowym plusem było samodzielne zameldowanie co do którego dostaliśmy dokładne instrukcje.

Tout était très bien , juste les oreillers n était pas confortable. Pas vraiment de commerce à proximité et il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme une passoire etc.
