Frederick provided heaps of clear instructions which made check in and out super easy! He was always responsive and we enjoyed our time in the apartment, it was perfect for our short stay :) and in a convenient location

Great place, excellent location for skiing

Very modern apartment in an older building.Kitchen supplies was the very necessary, but not more than that.Good communication and instructions to get into the apartment, and in a very nice neighbourhood close to the metro.The TV was very good, and could be used to streaming as well.The downside is that the bathroom is very small, the shower is fine, but the toilet is very close to the sink - but if you can live with that a very nice apartment for the price:)

Elias was a very responsible and proactive host, we initially had some problems with water leakage and the heating unit, and he fixed those ASAP without discussion. The apartment is small but comfortable and a good price-value for Stochholm area.

Bra läge nära backen. Enkelt att ta sig dit. Fin utsikt och rent och snyggt.Instruktionerna för att hämta ut nyckeln i nyckelskåpet var lite svåra. Varför inte hålla dem på svenska och skriva tydligare att id-kort nr står på nyckelskåpet? Ett annat minus som inte Airbnb kan rå över är att brandlarmet går stup i kvarten. Alltså brandlarmet för hela byggnaden.

Bra, enkel access till skidåkningen samt gångavstånd till byn och alla restauranger. Skön stor säng och sköna täcken och kuddar. Stort badrum men trångt kök.

Nice apartment close to the exhibition centre. Very clean and nice beds, communication was quick and easy with Andreas. The apartment would need some equipment like a hairdryer and more mugs to be perfectly functional. I recommend the stay!

This was my second stay with Fredrik and I loved it just as much as the first time. Place looked just as described, heated bathroom floor was great bonus as well as difuser for hair dryer (a necessity for us curly girls). It is a very quiet area, hardly saw or heard anyone. Metro and bus stop are very close and a very nice walk/run can be taken from Fredhallsparken through Kristinebergsklipporna.

Beautiful new apartment with stunning views over Åre, the lake and the slopes. It’s a great place to just chill out and watch the sun go down!! Just a 5 min walk takes you to the heart of town and an elevator takes you to the top floor to access ski in/out.We were a family with 9 &7 year old Skiers and it worked brilliantly. It’s important to note the ski lift from the door is a T bar accessing red runs and not suitable for total beginners but snow ploughers will manage fine.The apartment is spacious and well sound proofed (you Swedes love to party). It’s so much better than an apartment at a similar price point in the alps, beautifully decorated and really well equipped (kitchen scissors and a dust pan and brush would be helpful). There is underground parking at an additional cost in the building. (Aimo)Overall this was a five star family ski holiday in a truly beautiful apartment. Would use again without hesitation. The kids are asking to go back in the summer!

Bra boende nära skidbackarna med enkel access. Rent och fräscht boende med skön säng, sköna täcken och kuddar och stort bra badrum men väldigt trång köksdel.

Très bon séjour, l’appart est clean, comme sur les photos. Il est très bien situé, nous avions le metro le tram et le bus juste en face. Le bus pour l’aéroport s’arrête en bas, c’est très pratique. Nous étions à 2 stations du centre. Il y a plein de magasins et restaurants en bas de la rue. L’appartement est calme, on entend juste le tram passer mais il s’arrête assez tôt donc nous n’étions pas dérangées. Nous avons dû refaire la vaisselle mais tous le reste était très propre.L’hôte est très réactif, notre séjour s’est très bien passé.
