Fantastic flat in Söder for visiting all of the nearby spots, whether easily on foot, by bus, by T, or any other way you get around. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and keyless access.

I had a really nice stay at William’s place! The apartment is in the trendy Södermalm neighborhood. It’s small but cozy. Just note the dimensions listed in the description: the bed in the bedroom is actually too small for two people, so if you’re three, two will need to sleep on the sofa.

This spot couldn’t be in a better neighborhood—close to transit, walkable to restaurants and bars, and just beautiful. The unit was as described, and it was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Stockholm. Our host was very accessible when we had a couple of questions. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return!

Process was pretty seamless - I will say this is a business as opposed to someone renting out their home, which I'm not necessarily a fan of, but I couldn't argue with the quality.

I didn’t stay long here but from what I saw it would have been perfect for a longer time. William has been very reactive when I encountered some issue and has always been present to make sure everything was ok.
Very well located flat also, everything is accessible by walking distance, or you can take the metro which is just around the corner.

Very nice living experience
House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
-No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
-No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Breaking smoking rules will be charged with minimum SEK 2000.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
