Cozy minimalist 33 sqm flat in SoFo Stockholm

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.

9. No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony
10. Glass bottles, cardboard, metal, paper etc, is preferably deposited at Folkungagatan nr.141-143 with (only 80 meters from the house, a nice walk).
11. Household waste/residues: keep in closed plastic bags under the sink (never outside the front door or in the hallway). Cleaning company will take care of it at your check-out. For longer stays, enquire about garbage handling.
12. There is no laundry room in the building. www.tvattomaten.se is about the only laundromat in Stockholm.
13. Kindly, wash the dishes before check-out.
